Lakefront Bungalow, Boat & Bunkhouse in the Woods

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow & separate bunkhouse. It comes with 22' pontoon boat (special license not needed if over 30), 2 kayaks, and private dock plus swim platform w/ladder from May through October, weather permitting. The property is spread over 2 large lots with expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy beach at the shoreline; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands for complete privacy. Plus an adjacent vernal pond that provides an abundance of nature (sights & sounds).

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. The local owners do all the cleaning, communication, and are personally on call nearby, to avoid the pitfalls associated with absentee landlords. Located in the heart of quintessential small town Lake Odessa, the Beach Cottage is situated right on Jordan Lake. Jordan Lake is 430 acres, and all sports. It is great for swimming, boating, fishing, and just about anything else you like to do on the water.

Our cottage has been professionally renovated w/all new furnishings. Kitchen is spacious & well equipped. Sandy shallow swim area & dock are ideal for hanging out, launching kayaks & docking your boat. Perfect lake for water sports, fishing & watching wildlife. End your evenings with a bonfire under the stars or hanging out on the dock.

Relax with the family at this historic stone cottage. Create new memories on around the fire pit. While relaxing on the lake you have access to stand up paddle boards/kayaks & floats. Easy access to public boat launch (we can help you rent a boat or bring yours) 2 bedrooms, a pullout sofa and a lovely sleeping porch. Close to Bay Pointe Inn (live music every Wednesday!) Will consider a dog on a case by case basis due to neighbors all being dog owners. $250 pet fee

Lakefront Cottage on All-Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
