This is the perfect cabin for us. We enjoyed the quiet front porch and the homie feel of the indoors. We will definitely be back.

Where do I start? First off, we were pleased to hear that the property was pet-friendly. Mary Ellen was very friendly and responsive before and during our stay. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are lush and mature. The furnishings and decor are more than adequate and period appropriate. We didn’t want for anything; the 2nd refrigerator on the porch came in handy. I absolutely loved the vintage stove/oven! The pool was perfect for the warm afternoons.; thoughtful pool towels were a nice touch. The extra guests and their quarters didn’t bother us at all; parking was perfect. The bikes were perfect for the kids; perfect location 2 blocks from the beach & Old Town. If this property doesn’t fit your needs, check out their over offerings.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was very clean. The pool and hot tub were clean. Plenty of pool toys and floats available. Beds were comfortable. Gina was easy to reach when needed. Great stay!

We had a relaxing weekend getaway, and would totally stay again. The cottage was very clean and super cute. The grounds were well kept, and the pool was small but very nicely kept. We enjoyed the community fireplace even made s’mores with the kids. My only issue which is a small one was that the cabin was said to sleep 6 however there were only 2 bath towels available. We easily fixed that with a quick trip to the family dollar less than a block away. We will totally be staying there again in the future!

We had a great stay. We loved the amenities, especially being set up for a family with small children. It was nice not having to pack the sound machine, baby monitor and pack and play. Beautiful home in a great spot!

In a world of beige, Brian’s place stands out as a wonderful exception. So unique. So full of life. Made for a great stay. Be sure to take in the oak tree over the patio - we estimated that the canopy extends about 70 feet from the trunk. My grand daughter stayed in the loft - she felt like she had the best place of all.

We loved our stay at Judith's house. It was secluded at the end of the street in a beautiful area. It's a perfect home for a small family as she has great amenities for children. Very close to the beach. We would stay again.

We stayed there for a week during Thanksgiving while visiting family in the area. It’s a great location easy to get around. I loved being so close to the beach and boardwalk. The cottage was perfect for a cozy beach week in the winter. I’m sure the area is a very busy in the summer but there were several things walking distance and easy drives to make the location convenient during busy season. The cottage is dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us. We will definitely be looking to rebook next year when making our plans.

Felt like home away from home!!! It was all so nice and comfy! Will say the king sized bed is a little high off the ground and my mom had a little trouble getting in. I loved the bath tub!!!!

Had a relaxing time on the beach. I’ve been to the area before so I knew what to expect. It was very easy to walk to the beach close enough that my teens and tweens could walk back and forth in their own. The host was awesome! Kind and responsive and clearly wanted us to enjoy our vacation!

We were in town for Mother’s Day and needed a dog friendly place. This home was perfect with a huge yard for the dogs and beautiful and comfortable place for us too! We enjoyed our mornings on the back porch. The host went above and beyond to let us know what to expect and then make sure we had everything we needed. Was a great experience!

Perfect location, very clean, cozy. Stayed for Jeepin the Coast. Close to the events we attended. Loved the location and neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again.
