We loved our stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotlessly clean, as shown in the photos and in the listing description. It is a very nice space, tastefully decorated, comfortable and very quiet, ideal for resting. In addition, it is well located to enjoy the city. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

The place is very nice, identical to the photos, very good communication from the host, it has ample parking, the pool water is a very good temperature, the lawn is very well maintained for playing on the courts, the only thing that you should take into account is that the water in the shower is freezing, that would be the only complaint, otherwise everything is excellent.

Oscar is an excellent host, attentive to my needs and very kind. We love the house, it's not the first time we've booked, since the space is large and the pool is incredible, it always has a good temperature. I would highly recommend the accommodation.

It is a very nice and accessible place. The house is beautiful and is as shown in the pictures The only thing I could say, is that then the door is "locked" to open, and that on the avenue there is not much where to park to enter what the door opens. But overall, all 10 out of 10.

The facilities and apartment are in perfect condition: everything is very clean, tidy and amazing. However, I would like to point out an uncomfortable situation that I experienced on Thursday the 12th in the main food palapa. A waiter — tall, with curly hair and a robust complexion (in fact, the only one with those characteristics) — had a rude attitude. I asked for help to put up a parasol, explaining that I was with my dad in a wheelchair, and his response was negative and very unempathetic. He even whipped the umbrella tube, justifying that it could not be used due to the weather conditions, although there were clearly other tables with umbrellas in use. I think it's important for staff to be trained to treat people with respect and sensitivity, especially when there's someone with a disability. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is as described, we had a very comfortable stay, excellent service and any issue was solved immediately, I would return without hesitation and I highly recommend it.

Angela was incredibly attentive and receptive to the inquiries and requests we made, although the accommodation can improve some cleaning points, this is the least and can be resolved as long as you look for the local person in charge. We would definitely stay at this amazing accommodation again.

We needed a few days away from our routine and a place that could accommodate 8 people, and this was exactly what we were looking for. The view was beautiful, and the amenities in the facilities were excellent. All the staff members in the building were helpful and friendly. We were especially pleased with the clear and timely communication with Edgar and the housekeeper, Ellie. The location is great, with stores, pharmacies, and restaurants all within a 5 to 10-minute drive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. Thank you, Edgar!

An excellent place, you can feel the tranquility you want to spend your vacation, shopping centers nearby. Alonso is a wonderful, attentive host, he took us to the beaches and gave us good recommendations for spending the day. It will undoubtedly be another reason for my next vacation in Zihuatanejo.
