Excellent in every aspect and as a courtesy she gave us toiletries that were great, she welcomed us with a pleasant surprise of delicious wine and we did not have to leave a deposit at the reception since she covered it and that was excellent, we were very happy and the host was in communication with us when we needed it, our travel expectations were exceeded and we would love to return, thank you for that hospitality to us without knowing us 🙏🏻

Super close to La Madera beach and restaurants, all walkable. Close to cab stand, road to get on a combi for La Ropa, Pharmacy, laundry. Quite quiet, private, good a/c. Kitchen good. Nice private upper deck with hammock. Thank you!

Everything is excellent, spacious apartment, quiet area. Very clean pool and super nice lounger area, the Jacuzzi is super nice. A plus is that there is a water and ice sales service. Amazing view. I would definitely come back!!

The house is really beautiful! It makes you feel like you're somewhere else, the place is amazing, very accessible. I had a birthday party there, and Miguel is attentive and extremely friendly and helpful! We definitely want to go back a thousand times, we were very happy! It's totally worth it!

The subdivision is nice and quiet, however the house is a bit neglected, both in furniture and utensils. The blinds are full of mold, there were cobwebs in the bathrooms, the fence was dirty, one of the showers has no water pressure, in addition to having an ant infestation, especially in the kitchen. There were 6 of us and the beds are 3 double beds, so no problems, however it is not recommended if more people go, since despite having inflatable mattresses and the sofa bed, with the ant infestation it would not be very comfortable. In addition, there was a water leak in the kitchen sink, which we were told had already been reported to them and they did not fix it. They should update the photos of the facilities.

It is a very good accommodation, totally recommended, only if you are going to go to the beach that is nearby, I recommend that you only go from afar, the waves are very rough. I recommend that you look for other beaches, the one that is near the club, not because the waves are very high and they are not easy to control, my mom and my grandmother lost their cell phone in it and they were not even near the sea, but as far as the accommodation is concerned, it was very good, it is a private one so I felt safe at all times and the guards are very friendly

Access is easy, the pool and all the spaces in the apartment are spacious and clean, in the surroundings you will find everything you need to have a more pleasant environment. Our experience in this apartment in Acapulco was unforgettable; Gaby's service was unique, always attentive, kind and attentive to every detail so that everything went perfectly. The location is excellent, in a beautiful area with easy access to beaches, restaurants and entertainment. The facilities are very comfortable and fun, ideal to enjoy and share as a family. Sophie and Antonio are among the best hosts, they are attentive at all times, Vicky is in charge of cleaning and is extremely kind. The apartment is in super good condition. The AC works perfectly, the WIFI does not fail, it has everything for an incredible vacation. You can use everything in the apartment. 10/10. If I return, I would definitely stay in this apartment.
