It is a very nice and accessible place. The house is beautiful and is as shown in the pictures The only thing I could say, is that then the door is "locked" to open, and that on the avenue there is not much where to park to enter what the door opens. But overall, all 10 out of 10.

Excellent communication and both Carlos and Victor are always helpful. They were always in touch to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. Carlos was always attentive, especially because unfortunately the weather did not favor us much during our visit, however everything we needed was resolved. The house had an excellent view and a very nice pool. Everything is very tidy and with all the amenities and requirements necessary to be able to eat and have a great time. The house is definitely highly recommended.

Excellent experience, the house and the place look better in person than in photos, it is a very quiet place with a lot of privacy, Jorge was always attentive, he gave us recommendations and the staff who work there are also always attentive and friendly. It's a great place to travel with pets.

We loved the stay and the accommodation, but our dogs loved it. We swim in the lagoon every day with them. We went to the beach, which is literally across the street. My family and I loved our stay! The house is beautiful right by the lake! The playroom was great even though we hardly used it. The kayaks were a great addition and my kids enjoyed it. Laura and Sergio, who take care of the house, were always so helpful with anything we needed. We felt safe during our stay and we will definitely be back! Porfirio was a helpful person at all times, always attentive and with an excellent attitude. The service, both on his part and in general, was very good. The facilities and apartment are in perfect condition: everything is very clean, tidy and amazing. However, I would like to point out an uncomfortable situation that I experienced on Thursday the 12th in the main food palapa. A waiter — tall, with curly hair and a robust complexion (in fact, the only one with those characteristics) — had a rude attitude. I asked for help to put up a parasol, explaining that I was with my dad in a wheelchair, and his response was negative and very unempathetic. He even whipped the umbrella tube, justifying that it could not be used due to the weather conditions, although there were clearly other tables with umbrellas in use. I think it's important for staff to be trained to treat people with respect and sensitivity, especially when there's someone with a disability. Thank you for everything.

Incredible hotel, everything is very clean, I felt at home, the hotel staff are super friendly, I would definitely stay many times more in this place, 10/10 especially if you are looking for tranquility and relaxation. Alberto's apartment has everything and more than necessary for a super pleasant and comfortable stay, the view is amazing and the location is very good, there is a lot to see and do in the surroundings... it's perfect!

An excellent place, you can feel the tranquility you want to spend your vacation, shopping centers nearby. Alonso is a wonderful, attentive host, he took us to the beaches and gave us good recommendations for spending the day. It will undoubtedly be another reason for my next vacation in Zihuatanejo.
