All the windows of the great room have amazing views of the vineyards and hills beyond, and the dining table is set in a large bay window with stunning 180-degree views.The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed to make a gourmet meal and includes a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The second story includes 3 large master bedrooms. There are 4 beds (2 King and 2 Queen size beds). There is also a full size sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people (cozy). The house provides comfortable furnishings, 1 flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, a gas grill and a 6-person spa. The entire place is yours for the duration of your stay - enjoy the spa, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable living spaces! As host we are pretty hands off. You will receive house access instructions and general rules so you can self-check in/out approximately a week before check in. We are available via phone call/text or email if you have any questions. I case of any emergency the property manager is available 24/7. This house is located in a quiet private road at the end of a cul de sac in Guerneville, with just 2 other houses in the immediate area. Most rooms in the house have a sweeping, beautiful view of the vineyard. You'll often see turkeys, deer, and other wildlife wandering through the trees and vines. But you'll also be able to take a very short walk to all the bars, restaurants, and wine tasting in downtown Guerneville. The house is walking distance ( within half a mile ) of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and grocery store. For visiting the area is best to use a car.
