We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

very friendly welcome by Marcello. There were already breakfast items for the next morning and Paula surprised us with a delicious homemade cake. Views from our terrace were beautiful. Very nice house with plenty of space, separate room for the washing machine. we would definitely recommend this.

Beautiful apartment in a magnificent city. It was so nice to live in an historic building. The apartment is also very well organized and comfortable, with everything we could possibly need. We did have trouble sleeping one night due to noise from the street. The nearby church bells are also noticable, but those are part of the charm of the city.

Perfectly located, this lovely, spacious apartment is close to cafés, restaurants, and all the museums and historical buildings in Gubbio. A very friendly greengrocer and a shop are right next door, as are restaurants.

An open-plan kitchen and dining area is showcased, featuring a modern induction cooktop and a wooden dining table surrounded by four chairs. Recessed lighting hangs above, and a floral arrangement adds a touch of color. A large television is positioned in the adjacent living space.

Renzo's apartment was centrally located in old Gubbio and very spacious and comfortable. it was very modern and clean. you can walk to either side of the city easily from this location. There was ample coffee and snacks available. Renzo was very friendly and went out of his way to welcome us, show us the apartment, and make us feel comfortable. I would definitely start her again!

Very nice and comfortable apartment surrounded by greenery but a few kilometers from many beautiful cities (Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi...). Convenient parking and super easy self check-in! Tiziana was immediately available, helping us with early check-in and giving us useful information. Too nice and helpful: she also gave us their wine for the inconvenience (of which she was not at fault) that we had with our neighbors upstairs rude like very few others, who kept us up to shouting and shouting until late at night. A little gem that we recommend to anyone passing through those areas!

A breathtaking penthouse! Everything has been carefully chosen. An elegant, clean and welcoming environment, it feels like home! The outdoors are the real highlight! We relaxed in the hot tub and admired a lovely sunset. Robbie was really kind and present. You can see how much care and passion has been put into creating such an environment.
