Waterfront vacation rentals in Guayama

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Del Mar. It has a beautiful private ocean front setting. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with the ocean in front of us. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we had every amenity we needed. This part of PR is not heavily touristed, and we experienced a small slice of local life. There are parks within driving distance, and many fish and seafood restaurants nearby. We highly recommend a stay at La Vista Del Mar. Thank you, Jim and Teresa for your warm hospitality.

El Apt es igual a lo publicado, muy bonito y limpio. Las vistas insuperables. Lo único q no logramos fue configurar el TV con el tel. Una antena peq para TV local no estaría demás para personas no tecnológicas.

Laura’s place is a gem . Beautiful surrounded by nature , quiet , peaceful and Laura makes you feel like family. She’s awesome , so attentive and friendly . We felt as we were visiting family . The rental has all the needed amenities. It’s a unique experience and we are so glad we were able to enjoy as much as we did .

Super clean, spectacular view from the rooms and balcony, super nice apartment, close to the tennis courts, amenities described in details, the kitchen has everything you could need, beutiful walking trail, easy access to the property, super comfortable beds, again super super clean and the host responds super fast.

I’m definitely coming back soon. I absolutely loved it!

Three of us visited from Texas. We wanted something away from San Juan and closer to our family in Guayama. Be aware if you are not used to driving in PR, this place may not be for you. You must drive over windy roads in the mountains. As far as the condo, my only complaint is having to wait on the gentlemen at the gate to be present to open it. Thankfully, it only happened once, and just for a few minutes. Otherwise, it is a beautiful place and location if you like peace and quiet. It is located high on a hill so the view is impressive. We took advantage of the elevation to walk up and down the hills. The beach is not suitable for swimming as it is very rough water but the nature reserve is a nice place to walk. The condo does have a great pool. The nearby restaurants are great. The grocery store, Mi Gente, is close by if you are note wanting to eat out every day. The condo was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. I would highly recommend. It is a perfect place to relax.

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a relaxed getaway. The shops @ Plazanova were all very nice, but hrs were limited throughout the week. The beaches within Palmas are non- swimmable. There is a beach club that is $25 for a day pass only available Monday through Friday. I went with three teens and there was not much for them to do. There were some outside sport activities, that we did not do due to the heat. I stayed here from May 20 to May 26 and there was lots of seaweed on the beach and with that a smell that you can only imagine. Going to eat at the Pescaderia was NOT an option. The smell was unbearable. Despite all that the Airbnb itself was beautiful. We had more than enough beds seven to be exact, Two full bathrooms one that is shared, and one in the master bedroom.

We had a fantastic stay at Jessica’s beachfront villa. Everything was exactly as described. The home was clean, comfortable, and ready for us when we arrived. Jessica was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is incredible. The beach is just steps from the porch. The views fantastic. While the ocean currents make it less ideal for swimming right in front of the house, there is a sandbar where we safely splashed and played with our kids. It felt peaceful and private. Most days we had the beach entirely to ourselves. We loved walking the shoreline, collecting conch shells, giant sand dollars, sea glass, and other treasures. If you are looking for a quiet beach escape away from the crowds, this place is perfect. We would absolutely come back.

Nelson is the best host upon many. Great communication at all times, very tentative to all our needs. Highly recommended.

Arnaldo was amazing very helpful. The place was amazing ,quite private and the splashing of the waves relaxing. I will return back in August will be coming to stay here for sure

Lo que estaba buscando, una casa con condiciones y comodidad para mi estancia en la universidad de Guayama . Excelente lugar, tranquilo, seguro . Los anfitriones excelentes.

Our stay here was nothing short of fantastic. The view coming out of the house our first morning was breathtaking. This little house is literally nestled right in between the Caribbean Sea and the mountains. Nearby are several exceptional restaurants and about 30 minutes away are smallish towns with shops, pharmacies, etc. The house is exactly as described, with a gorgeous outdoor living and dining room on the first floor near the pool, with a full bathroom. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, kitchenette, living room and another full bathroom. The beach was about 100 steps away from the property. The pool was fantastic for when the sea was a bit choppy and at night. We fished and swam in the sea and saw lots of sea life snorkeling. We wanted for nothing and the hosts were quick to respond, super helpful and very friendly. I can't wait to return! Note there are screens on the windows if you don't like bugs. We did encounter a few mosquitoes, but not many.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

¡Estadía perfecta! La ubicación es excelente, justo frente al mar, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Tuvimos la suerte de ver un nido de tinglar, algo realmente mágico. El sonido de las olas y el olor del mar crean un ambiente relajante que invita al descanso. El lugar es hermoso, decorado con muy buen gusto y con todos los detalles bien cuidados. Además, fue increíblemente cómodo: ideal para sentirse como en casa. Definitivamente me hospedaría aquí nuevamente. ¡100% recomendado!

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay. Jean was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. The space was perfect for us and our three kids. The pool was closed our first two days, but Jean reimbursed us for a pass to the Wyndham pool. Location is great, steps away from the beach. Highly recommend a golf cart to navigate the wider Palmas Del Mar. Loved the extra touch of the turtle food Jean had - definitely check out the turtle pond!

El Airbnb fue excelente. El lugar era tranquilo y seguro; mis hijos jugaron afuera sin preocupaciones. La piscina fue solo para nosotros, y aunque no entramos a la playa, caminar por la costa fue espectacular. El cuarto estaba impecable, con todo lo necesario y un aroma rico. Incluso tenían repelente disponible, lo cual fue útil por los mosquitos en la mañana y al atardecer. Es un Airbnb en un lugar privilegiado. ¡Nos encantó y queremos volver!

We loved the location and the condo. Everything was just as described. The restaurants in the area were all good. Definitely recommend renting a golf card to get around the resort. Joe was super helpful and patient. We had a large crowd staying at a couple of locations, so I was not keeping all of his directions straight and did not make me feel bad for asking things that were in his instructions 🥴 Would stay there again for sure.

What an amazing property and host. The first night there was a power outage on the entire property that caused the air conditioning fuse to fritz and it was very hot in the unit. Our host was so accommodating that they were willing to relocate us to another amazing penthouse unit. The next morning they fixed the issue and left a little gift for our inconvenience. I would recommend this property and will be back soon.

Douglas’ place was excellent, one of the best AirBNB’s we’ve stayed at. The unit is right on the ocean. I loved waking up and eating breakfast right next to the water. Douglas also did a phenomenal job stocking the premises, and we were able to use beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a cooler. It’s the little touches that make a vacation so much nicer and it didn’t go unnoticed. The grounds of community were very secure, with two security checkpoints. It was really lovely to go for walks in the morning and the evening. It is about 35 minutes from Fajardo where you can go on a lot of excursions. The restaurants in the development were amazing. The prices were reasonable and it was some of the best food we’ve had in Puerto Rico. It’s also close to the Yacht club, about a 5 min drive. We would love to stay here again in the future.

The best Airbnb I've ever been to, great place to relax, walkable location, very secure Village, well maintained outside, inside was very clean, with the beautiful view to the beach, It was perfect for our short stay. Britt was always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this place. Definitely 5 of 5. Thank!!!
