Welcome to our home! Located near Interamerican University, Mennonite Hospital, the convention center, supermarkets, and restaurants, this home offers the perfect combination of convenience and comfort. Inside, you'll find three bedrooms, each with beds. There's also a modern bathroom. The living room has comfortable seating and a TV. The entire home is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need.

Community facilities include basketball court and baseball field across the street. (Note) Owner does Not live in the premises. We have an electrical generator if the power goes off and our guest will not be affected because the generator turns on automatically.
