Beachfront vacation rentals in Guayama

AMAZING place, beautiful beach! Super clean house, loved having a washer and dryer! Amenities were great! Would definitely stay again!

I don't use the term "breathtaking" as a rule, but I literally gasped when I saw (and heard) the pounding surf at the edge of the property. The view of the coastline, including the lighthouse, was glorious. The house was everything you could ask for and more, including a well-furnished kitchen. The only glitch was that the Google map pin didn't work, and we drove right by the house. But we texted the caretaker who responded immediately and drove to meet us and led us right to the spot. She could NOT have been more helpful, gracious, and accommodating. We walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner and made friends with the local cats, dogs, and chickens. We had a memorable 2 nights. Wish it could have more.

We had a wonderful time here and the house is very comfortable with thoughtful amenities. The privacy and beach access was wonderful. Leiza was extremely quick to communicate and everything was ready to go for us. For us the location was perfect because we drove in all directions across Puerto Rico, but you are over an hour (sometimes 90 minutes) from all the activities in Fajardo and San Juan (just for anyone looking to drive up there a lot). We loved looking for shells every day on the beach in front of the house, but there are sea urchins in the water (found that out the hard way) so we did not go in the ocean much. Loved the beach access and view and we could sit out there all day. It was great having a private pool for the kids and the parents could still see the beach. Would love to return here again! Thank you!!

The view itself is worth everything!! Such a beautiful place. Walked down to Playa Mario to catch the sunrise 🌅 10/10, Juan & Liza were always on top of everything, super friendly and responsive. Would stay again!

The little house. It is a very comfortable place for two adults and one or two small children. The house has all your necessities, we cooked several days and grilled outside; was very enjoyable. The backyard view is unforgettable, very early in the morning the water is calm, there is easy access to the water for the rental kayaks that the house had, was all unforgettable moments. Nearby restaurants and coffeehouse are excellent Food and very tasty snacks, that you can walk to. We went in mango season and they are everywhere and they’re so close to the ground that you can pick them or pick the newest fall from the trees, they’re very tasty. We thank you Michel and we surely will return .

Nice place clean and quiet beautiful view

This is the second time, I stayed in Dan’s place’. Incredible place to stay is peaceful, private and the beach is a few steps away. Not a luxurious abode but has everything you need to have a great time with friends and/or family. Very good restaurants near by and even walking distance. I recommend the place 100%.

A quiet place where I could enjoy with my family. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need and more. The security of the place and its staff is excellent and very friendly. I never had any communication problems with the hosts and we loved the place. You can have a great time on the upstairs terrace as long as you are very discreet, since the place is very quiet. Anyway, highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about Heather and Pete’s communication. Every question was answered immediately.

We really enjoyed our stay. Jean was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. The space was perfect for us and our three kids. The pool was closed our first two days, but Jean reimbursed us for a pass to the Wyndham pool. Location is great, steps away from the beach. Highly recommend a golf cart to navigate the wider Palmas Del Mar. Loved the extra touch of the turtle food Jean had - definitely check out the turtle pond!

This was my favorite Airbnb out of the 5 places we visited during our 8-day stay in Puerto Rico. Beautiful unit with lots of amenities and a great pool as well as easy beach access to a beautiful beach. I had never been in Humacao and that was also a wonderful surprise to see how beautiful it is there. Would definitely stay again. Nicole was super accommodating and communicative. Thank you.

Upon arrival at the place, the guard who welcomed us was very kind and very friendly, and from there I knew that everything would be fine. And indeed, the accommodation, the view, the amenities and the communication with Kathie, everything was great. I had a nice Mother's Day. Thank you Kathie for sharing your space.

This was our 4th time at Rick's house. We absolutely love the private non touristy area. The beach is not a swimming beach. It's sea turtle nesting time and there were 2 nests on the beach. Very cool. Great restaurants within a couple miles. The pool and house are immaculate and very cozy. Will definitely be back next time we go to PR. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rick's house

great place. very beautiful views. cold AC. know before you book that loose chickens, cats, and dogs are just facts in rural PR and that the roads are quite steep. check out Azure restaurant while you are there, that place rocks.

We loved the location of being right on the beach! Listening to the waves and watching the ocean was a peaceful highlight. Having a near private beach without a lot of people and buildings was a definite bonus, and made the drive to visit the sites well worth it. The area felt very safe and private. We also appreciated the extra beach amenities that the storage closet offered. We happened to travel to Puerto Rico during a wetter week and so there was some minor leaking in a few places with the windows. Overall, I would recommend this place if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city areas and high people populations. The location on the beach is amazing!

We stayed on a boat!! different than our usual stays, and fun! it was just big enough for two people. The dock was not busy, a nice restaurant and bar right there, and several options within walking distance. Alex was very helpful with clear instructions from getting there to keeping the water level just right. The boat is nicely decorated, just know that on a boat, it's tight quarters (which just adds to the fun!) Having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the middle deck was just the best. thank you Alex for a wonderful stay!

I would highly recommend booking with Sherley. The place was immaculately clean and was just like it was listed. The beach is quiet and relaxing. The location is a small town but close to a WalMart and other shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend renting a car since the location is only 1 hour to San Juan and Fajardo and the rain forest. Be sure to eat at Patria while you are there.

Second visit to this incredible property and, again, perfect in every way. Safe, secluded neighborhood on an absolutely beautiful beach. The front porch is the highlight - sunrise over the ocean, shady and cool breezes in the afternoon. The house is immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean. It's also so well supplied that it feels like our own home - little things like extra trash bags, paper towels, spices, first aid kit make traveling effortless. I can only hope that future guests will treat this family vacation home with love and respect so we can continue to visit.

Great place to stay. Everything you need is available. Clean & organized. Beautiful views. Very safe. Many places to dine within Palmas. Host was very responsive & helpful even when I left my AirPod behind! She was able to mail it back to me. I would rate 20/10. Thank you!

Ocean Pearl did not disappoint! Both the host and property were amazing and exceeded expectation throughout the duration of our trip. We were a party of nine and the house more than accommodated our needs. The house is very clean and stocked with everything needed to "feel at home". The property grounds were incredible with so many beautiful plants, fruit trees, coqui and other wildlife. We really enjoyed the luxury of having a full outdoor kitchen and covered sitting area, we used both daily which allowed us to spend time together while enjoying the wonderful sights and sounds outdoors. Ocean Pearl is a 10 out of 10! We cant thank our host enough for allowing us the pleasure of staying at this beautiful tropical paradise.

Elba’s apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures — super clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Even though it’s a one-bedroom unit, it has two full bathrooms, which makes it perfect for a family or a small group. The kitchen is roomy and has the basics you need to cook simple meals. The balcony is a great spot to relax, with an amazing view and plenty of space to sit and enjoy. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and we felt right at home. Elba is a very responsible and thoughtful host — she reached out early on the day of our check-in with clear instructions and checked in again on our check-out day to make sure everything went smoothly. The location is also a big plus. It’s right in the town square, close to restaurants, bars, and small shops, but the apartment is quiet — you don’t hear the noise from downstairs at all. We had a great stay and would definitely return!

Xavier was an amazing host and the property was perfect for our vacation. Our family of four fit very comfortably and the short walk to the beach and pool were perfect. The unit was clean, fully stocked, and exactly as advertised. We appreciated the many suggestions for local food and things to do. Palmas del Mar offers a lot of fun with great eating spots, places to walk, a spot to feed the turtles, and so much more. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around, our teens loved this. We would love to stay here again if we make it back to PR!
