Vacation rentals with beach access in Guayama

We had a lovely stay at Paola’s place! The home was spacious, open, and perfect for our family—everyone had their own space to relax and unwind. The back patio and BBQ area were great for enjoying meals together, and the neighborhood/complex was quiet and felt very safe. Paola was a wonderful host—super responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay!

Jim and Theresa’s place was peaceful, quiet, and well appointed. I enjoyed coffee on the porch over the rock beach and falling asleep to the sounds of waves crashing and coqui frogs. The kitchen was clean with the basics. Bed was really comfortable although my other half would have preferred slightly harder mattress. A car is required to get to anything as it is a bit far from most of the attractions. To me, this made it feel more homelike, quiet, and off the beaten path. I would highly recommend it for a couple looking for a slow paced vacation getaway.

Three of us visited from Texas. We wanted something away from San Juan and closer to our family in Guayama. Be aware if you are not used to driving in PR, this place may not be for you. You must drive over windy roads in the mountains. As far as the condo, my only complaint is having to wait on the gentlemen at the gate to be present to open it. Thankfully, it only happened once, and just for a few minutes. Otherwise, it is a beautiful place and location if you like peace and quiet. It is located high on a hill so the view is impressive. We took advantage of the elevation to walk up and down the hills. The beach is not suitable for swimming as it is very rough water but the nature reserve is a nice place to walk. The condo does have a great pool. The nearby restaurants are great. The grocery store, Mi Gente, is close by if you are note wanting to eat out every day. The condo was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. I would highly recommend. It is a perfect place to relax.

This space is one of a kind, especially in such a stunning part of the island. Everything was extremely clean and organized, check in was easy at the gate, and the roof top patio quickly became home. We are already planning our next stay. We ran into one small issue which was not the hosts fault but they were very quick to get us information and communicate. 100% will stay here again!

The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The Sea-Renity suite was everything my wife and I could ask for. Peaceful location with beautiful pool and beach. Carmen was an amazing host- communicating and very helpful throughout the entire process from booking through our stay. Will recommend to anyway and definitely will come back next time we are in PR.

The studio apartment is beautiful. The decoration creates a delicate environment It is at walking distance from the hotel.

Lisa was a wonderful host. This was not just an investment property. This was also her sanctuary and it shows with her personal details, such as pet photos on the walls and cute decor. The view was my favorite. Every morning we would have our coffee on the lanai and then end our evening there with cocktails watching the moon rise. We weren't able to swim in the ocean due to red flag high surf and an insane amount of seaweed, but I think that it probably unique to the weather and timing of our visit. I wouldn't take points off for that. When I asked Lisa about local beaches, she was ale to provide some and even offered to face time for directions to some hidden gems. The place was clean and just like the pictures. No regrets staying here!

We loved our stay at Daniel and Desirae's place! It was clean, great decor, comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the sound of tree frogs at night, the yoga deck overlooking the jungle with sweet neighborhood cats visiting, the unscented soaps and laundry (I literally travel with my own sheets because I'm allergic to perfume so this was a MAJOR plus for me). The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make simple meals on the two burner stove top. They had a big jug of drinkable water which was also so handy. It's up in the mountains, so nice and quiet, but within 10-15 min drive to the beach and restaurants. The only thing to mention is you can't see the ocean from the house, but you can see if off the road at the top of the hill and definitely save the check in instructions because we didn't have cell service, just wifi once we got in the house. Our stay here was nothing short of fantastic. The view coming out of the house our first morning was breathtaking. This little house is literally nestled right in between the Caribbean Sea and the mountains. Nearby are several exceptional restaurants and about 30 minutes away are smallish towns with shops, pharmacies, etc. The house is exactly as described, with a gorgeous outdoor living and dining room on the first floor near the pool, with a full bathroom. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, kitchenette, living room and another full bathroom. The beach was about 100 steps away from the property. The pool was fantastic for when the sea was a bit choppy and at night. We fished and swam in the sea and saw lots of sea life snorkeling. We wanted for nothing and the hosts were quick to respond, super helpful and very friendly. I can't wait to return! Note there are screens on the windows if you don't like bugs. We did encounter a few mosquitoes, but not many.

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

we had a great stay at bennys place. the home was comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. the beds were comfy and the kitchen had pretty much everything needed the neighbors were also friendly. the host were great people and available to help in anything we would need. definitely recommend this olace. the town aldo had pretty much many well known restaurants and shopping stores. also house was waling distance to the beach . looking to return again soon and will be staying in this home. thank you benny!

The place is beautiful, was very clean and had everything I needed for amenities; has great lightning, a/c, internet, washer/dryer, hot water and so on; I felt so secure and safe(it is imperative for me since I am a female and travels alone), the community is very quiet, private and super secure, you have to go through 2 security check points to get to the apartment, great communication with Jaidy, very nice and caring lady. Thanks for letting me Stay in your Place I just Love it, difinetely will go back! DID I MENTIONED THAT IT IS A BEAUTIFUL FANCY PLACE?! 😍

A quiet place where I could enjoy with my family. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need and more. The security of the place and its staff is excellent and very friendly. I never had any communication problems with the hosts and we loved the place. You can have a great time on the upstairs terrace as long as you are very discreet, since the place is very quiet. Anyway, highly recommended.

Our stay was great. We felt comfortable. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. There were extras such as a cooler and beach towels. There were all kinds of appliances but we only used the coffee maker and toaster. The location was nice and quiet.

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. The Airbnb was excellent. The place was quiet and safe; my kids played outside without a care. The pool was just for us, and although we didn't go to the beach, walking along the coast was spectacular. The room was impeccable, with everything you need and a nice scent. They even had repellent available, which was useful for mosquitoes in the morning and at sunset. It's an Airbnb in a prime location. We loved it and want to go back!

What an amazing property and host. The first night there was a power outage on the entire property that caused the air conditioning fuse to fritz and it was very hot in the unit. Our host was so accommodating that they were willing to relocate us to another amazing penthouse unit. The next morning they fixed the issue and left a little gift for our inconvenience. I would recommend this property and will be back soon.

This was our second stay at the same location. We had a wonderful time and recommend it highly. The location is ideal and right by the water. we plan to return every year.
