Good place, one of the bathroom does not have hot water

The place is nice, spacious and convenient. It was located by the highway and plenty of food places. The neighborhood was also quiet and pretty. Raul was a great host. He contacted me right away every time I had a question. He was generous to let us go in before our check in time. I will definitely stay again at Raul’s airbnb if I go to Puerto Rico again. The beach was also close by.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was beautiful, clean, and perfect for celebrating my graduation with my family. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us and made everything so easy and comfortable. From the early check-in to the thoughtful communication, we felt truly welcomed and cared for. It was a special and memorable experience, and I’m so grateful we chose this place. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept, and warm environment!

The home was exactly as listed. Anibal was a great host and very responsive. He provided clear instructions on the day of helping us find the home. Views were beautiful and home was comfortable and felt like home. Would definitely book again.

Stunning views of the mountains, outdoor terrace and infinity pool was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. Had a few minor issues getting there because of GPS but she was very responsive and very helpful with directions. The front electric lock malfunctioned and had to wiggle to access and the front door needed to be forcibly shut to secure. Overall, it was a beautiful property!

This place is truly special. The views and amenities are outstanding, and the amount of wildlife we observed was amazing. The property is vast and secluded. As others have mentioned, a car is essential due to the steep and winding roads. We recommend loading up on groceries in Bayamón before heading to the property. We were glad we brought plenty of sunblock but we never used our insect repellent. The host was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying here, especially if you're looking for some peace and relaxation!

A perfect rural escape! The setting is peaceful and quiet—exactly what we needed to unwind. The infinity pool is stunning, with beautiful views that make every swim feel like a luxury. We also loved the outdoor cooking pit; it was a great way to enjoy relaxed meals under the stars. Highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect and recharge.

We had a wonderful time here and the house is very comfortable with thoughtful amenities. The privacy and beach access was wonderful. Leiza was extremely quick to communicate and everything was ready to go for us. For us the location was perfect because we drove in all directions across Puerto Rico, but you are over an hour (sometimes 90 minutes) from all the activities in Fajardo and San Juan (just for anyone looking to drive up there a lot). We loved looking for shells every day on the beach in front of the house, but there are sea urchins in the water (found that out the hard way) so we did not go in the ocean much. Loved the beach access and view and we could sit out there all day. It was great having a private pool for the kids and the parents could still see the beach. Would love to return here again! Thank you!!

Somehow this place was even better than the pictures. The entire place was beautiful. You could walk to the beach in less than 60 seconds and then come rinse off and relax in the pool. This is easily the nicest airbnb I have stayed in. I believe the ignitor on the grill is out but that doesn't really matter because there was grill lighters inside to get it started. They had extra propane tanks too. The nextdoor neighbor was also extremely friendly and a joy to talk to. It is about an hour from el yunque national forest. The nearest grocery store is only 10 minutes away. It was well worth the money and I would definitely come back.

La casa nos encantó!!! Vista impresionante hacia el Mar Caribe. Estaba muy limpia y olor agradable. Camas cómodas y arregladas, toallas para el baño y para uso externo. La casa está muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario para poder disfrutar tu estancia. (Muchas ollas, platos, cubiertos, vasos, platos, cafeteras tostadoras, wiffi, sofá cómodos, acondicionadores de aire en toda la propiedad. La piscina y el jacuzzi muy limpio con agua refrescante y cristalina. Nos sentimos seguros en todo momento con mucha tranquilidad y privacidad. Le doy 5 estrellas y se los recomiendo.

This is the second time, I stayed in Dan’s place’. Incredible place to stay is peaceful, private and the beach is a few steps away. Not a luxurious abode but has everything you need to have a great time with friends and/or family. Very good restaurants near by and even walking distance. I recommend the place 100%.

Lisa was a wonderful host. This was not just an investment property. This was also her sanctuary and it shows with her personal details, such as pet photos on the walls and cute decor. The view was my favorite. Every morning we would have our coffee on the lanai and then end our evening there with cocktails watching the moon rise. We weren't able to swim in the ocean due to red flag high surf and an insane amount of seaweed, but I think that it probably unique to the weather and timing of our visit. I wouldn't take points off for that. When I asked Lisa about local beaches, she was ale to provide some and even offered to face time for directions to some hidden gems. The place was clean and just like the pictures. No regrets staying here!

Felt right at home during our stay. The place is beautiful, exactly like the pictures, but more breathtaking in person. The host went above and beyond with recommendations and made us feel at home. Always attentive to our needs. Would recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful time with an incredible view. Also there are mango and star fruit trees. Both delicious. Can’t say enough good things about our stay and our host.

I booked this place for my 23rd birthday and I couldn’t be more pleased! The view was absolutely beautiful, as was the interior :) my favorite part was the little balcony outside of our room overlooking the mountain. We spent every night just enjoying how breathtaking it was. Perfect spot for sunsets! We also had a little furry friend come and visit us every evening, he was so sweet (I wanted to take him home!). Janette and her family were so kind and super responsive. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better stay :) 4x4 is a GREAT idea for the drive up lol. We rented a nice SUV but a 4x4 would’ve made getting in a lot easier. I promise it’s worth it!!!!

Fue excelente ella es una súper host. Fue una experiencia muy acogedora, estábamos en una misión de amor y su espacio es un lugar maravilloso. Nos hizo sentir muy cómodas y seguras. Son una familia muy linda y buena. Son atentos y todo estaba bien limpio.

El acceso es fácil e Ferdinand te brinda toda la información necesaria para te que el Check-In e el Check-Out sea de manera súper rápida! Definitivamente en otra ocasión volvería a escoger este Lugar.👍👌💪
