The space is like the photos. It accommodates guests very well. The pool is great, and there's a small market inside the condominium. You can park your car in front of the house, and the self-check-in makes it much easier. Access to the accommodation is very easy. Overall 8/10. There are some kitchen utensils, an air fryer, microwave, stove and oven.

I went with my family and spent memorable days, the accommodations were as in the listing, contact with both Guilherme and Mr. Impeccable Edson, two people who are extremely polite and willing to answer all their doubts, I just have to thank them for everything. We will be back soon.

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house that embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back whenever possible!

The house is delicious, better than the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We loved it! I hope to come back again and again.

Grace is an excellent host. From the beginning, with great communication, he sent us explanatory videos of the way, how to enter the place, tips on what we could do. When we arrived at the place, she was pestering us not to receive her in person. As we got on the bus, there was a delicious smell. Everything is arranged and cared for in the smallest details. We had a problem with the power outage, but we were promptly in contact to be able to resolve it as quickly as possible. And on top of that, it increased our check-out time due to what happened. If you are looking for a quiet, well-kept, comfortable and welcoming place, I recommend it with my eyes closed

We had a great stay, the neighborhood is familiar and quiet and the accommodation met all our needs. Flavia was helpful and let us check in early, the house was clean and matches the photos. For those who are going to events at Vibra São Paulo, as was my case, the location is perfect.

Incredibly beautiful apartment, with all the amenities needed. Very safe and secure building. The host was great and super responsive. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends visiting São Paulo.

Very nice apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive host. Just an important note: depending on the route you take, the GPS may direct you through the favela.

Beautiful apartment amazing views.

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

I really enjoyed the stay. Very well located for corporate travel, close to Shopping Morumbi. The commercial area below has everything: coffee, pizzeria, hairdresser, market, etc. Very convenient. The apartment is cozy, with a wonderful view. The gym is very practical

Great location for anyone going to the Albert Eistein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, mainly in kitchen appliances. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment is facing the street, so it is only natural that there are noises of cars and buses.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

We stayed only one night. The stay was quiet. The condominium is quite large and therefore a little noisy, but nothing excessive. The location is excellent, access to the apartment by electronic lock. Complete house with everything you need. We missed a gallon/water filter. The entrance to the block is by facial recognition, but we chose not to use it and called the concierge to open it. The market in front (Public) is well worth a visit.
