The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. It was clean, well maintained, impeccable. Excellent bedding, bathroom with a very good shower. I loved the place, I found it easy to find and parking was very close. Not to mention the wonderful sunset that you can admire from the apartment, a beautiful view. I intend to come back more often. The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet location, easy to access. Plenty of activity in the area, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

We liked everything about our accommodation, Maickon was excellent, very helpful and attentive. The location is perfect, the apartment is beautiful and cozy, very complete, prepared to welcome people with all the comforts to feel at home, everything is very clean. Close to a supermarket, restaurant. I highly recommend it. We are already looking forward to returning and enjoying the best accommodation in São Paulo.

The apartment is clean and well located. The kitchen has several amenities and the building in general too, but there are limitations to using the pool and gym. Eduardo is helpful and answers questions easily. Building security is a priority, so any visitor must be previously authorized and informed. Overall, it is a good and functional apartment for a small family to stay in São Paulo.

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house that embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back whenever possible!

Giuliano’s home in São Paulo is located in the heart of the most popular, artistic and musical area, with ease access to so many cultural adventures! Me and my family loved that part! And felt specially lucky to be able to explore Villa Madalena from this very beautiful house. Giuliano’s house is very ample, well equipped and has all the features to make one feel very comfortable . I stayed in his house for 8 nights with my family and felt like I had a home in São Paulo. I got to cook everyday to my family, to enjoy the company of many friends and family members that had access to stop by and visit us, and enjoyed specially the backyard with so many sweet features, my favorite the hammock and the garden ! I recommend Giuliano’s farm inspired house to all looking for a pleasant and relaxed home experience in São Paulo !

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that do not appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, had plenty of blankets and towels, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it is extremely well equipped, the pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house afterwards and intend to return! In addition, it is cozy and you can feel a positive family aura, you feel a lot of happiness in the environment. Jefferson was extremely careful and attentive at all times. Note a thousand!

The house is delicious, better than the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We loved it! I hope to come back again and again.

This is the second time I've booked the space, and just like the first time, I loved it. The place is impeccable, very beautiful, I felt at home. The house is very complete, cozy and the host is super attentive, polite and responds super fast. Once again I loved the experience and I will definitely come back other times!

Great cost benefit! Caroline was super helpful with my check-in and checkout, always quick to respond! I loved the location of the loft, it doesn't accommodate more than two people. Extremely comfortable bed, duvet and bed linen too, especially for the São Paulo winter. Bathroom with blindex, very hot shower but I recommend a larger mirror and a shelf as well (Because we women use shampoo, conditioner, etc… Basic hygiene items). As for the rest of the room, television, coffee maker, sink, everything works normally and there is still a small space to put clothes. I recommend it to everyone and I intend to return!

The location of the apartment is great, close to the Brooklyn subway. Renatta is super attentive and the apartment met our expectations. I've stayed there before when I go to São Paulo for work. Oh, the hair dryer is great and saves space in the woman's suitcase. I highly recommend it!

The stay was great. The photos match the location, everything is properly cleaned and very organized, clearly with the feeling of being at home. I'll definitely come back more often. Great location for anyone going to the Albert Eistein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, mainly in kitchen appliances. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment is facing the street, so it is only natural that there are noises of cars and buses.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary amenities to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making the stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I'll definitely be back.

We stayed only one night. The stay was quiet. The condominium is quite large and therefore a little noisy, but nothing excessive. The location is excellent, access to the apartment by electronic lock. Complete house with everything you need. We missed a gallon/water filter. The entrance to the block is by facial recognition, but we chose not to use it and called the concierge to open it. The market in front (Public) is well worth a visit.
