Such a lovely spot in a great area of São Paulo. So many cute details made this place feel like a real home. Great location next to some great bars and restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Great location, 100% accommodations, the building structure is also beyond words. I was able to do everything I planned to do. I definitely intend to stay again when I return.

The stay was great, really close to the subway, the house is well equipped, I just missed a frying pan (I don't know if there was one and I couldn't find it). José was great from the start! I saw a comment talking about cockroach babies, and in fact, they exist, but I don't think it's related to cleaning. We arrived and the house was fragrant and tidy, only the shower stall was a little dirty, but nothing that bothered us. I recommend it.

The appartment is amazing! 180° panoramic view of the city center, inspiring decoration and lighting. Ideal for couples and for photo shoots. I already know where to stay when I return to SP!

I felt very comfortable in the apartment. Very well equipped. Communication with Ana was very good. She responds very quickly to emails. I'll go back to her apartment the next time I stay.

Unhappily I couldn't stay in the place, however Fernanda was always willing to resolve my concerns, I hope to stay someday in this beautiful place.

We were very well received, the place is beautiful and quiet, nor does it seem like it is in são paulo kkk. Great for BBQ, sunbathing, relaxing in the bathtub, the kitchen has everything you need, the room has air conditioning. It has a very complete market on the corner. We hope to come back more often <3

We went with three friends for the Ayrton Senna Interlagos race, Maria always responding very quickly, excellent host, impeccable stay, it is even more beautiful in person, very comfortable stay, Maria helped us a lot with information about both restaurants and places to visit, for sure when I go to São Paulo I will stay again at this Airbnb, I thank Maria very much for the reception.

The space is like the photos. It accommodates guests very well. The pool is great, and there's a small market inside the condominium. You can park your car in front of the house, and the self-check-in makes it much easier. Access to the accommodation is very easy. Overall 8/10. There are some kitchen utensils, an air fryer, microwave, stove and oven.

Nice accommodation, the environment is exactly as shown in the photos. The host, Rubens, was extremely polite and proactive, pointed us to places and restaurants and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. Recommended for families looking for space and a quiet location.

The space is cute, very cozy. The building is very quiet. I hope to come back again and again. Communication with the Host was excellent from start to finish. I was greeted by Antonia, Cortez's wife, she is so nice, she welcomed me very well, showed me the building and the apartment and explained everything very well. I definitely recommend it and will always come back!

It was an excellent choice. Marcelo, the host, a super accessible, kind person, and I really felt at home, as he said to feel. Everything was organized, clean, and I found it even more welcoming and high-spirited than in the photos. I enjoyed being there for a longer period, because the region has everything, access is easy, the neighborhood and staff are polite, the environment is functional, easy to keep in order, and it's fun. From the window, the view is really special. My experience was peaceful, both to study and have privacy, and to explore this region a little more. Staying longer was a good choice

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Extremely cozy place and matches the photos. Returning to SP, it will certainly be sought again.

Great location, close to everything just a few minutes drive away! We rented to Animalia and Zoo SP, it was great. Everything clean and new.
