Excellent accommodation, very tasteful, very nice, clean, with everything necessary for our stay, both in the kitchen and the bathroom and the other areas, they made us feel at home, also super close to supermarkets such as Oxxo and Soriana, also walking 15 minutes you get to the center. Large apartment close to centro. Lage grocery store (Mega) and laundry service are a few minute walk. Fruit market and Oxxo are steps away. Many street food vendors are also steps away. Apartment is on the 2nd floor with stairs. The apartment is large and has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a large cooktop & oven (gas), large refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. Weekly cleanings were offered for a small fee. The living room gets full sun in the morning and does not have any shade/window coverings. Window shades would be nice to block the sun, but is not a deal breaker. The apartment has an on demand water heater, providing unlimited hot water. A nice feature. A large roof top deck is off one of the bedrooms which is shaded from late afternoon until sunset. The host provided a ride to and from the airport for a small fee which made check in and check out a breeze. Also, the host speaks very good English.

Excellent place for one person, with the minimum necessary for a stay of several days. The location is perfect, because in my case it was close to the University and also on foot or by bus you could get to the center very quickly. It is also close to OXXO, Aurrerá, banks and places to go running in the afternoons. Paulina's service was impeccable, always attentive to any needs I had and willing to help. I would definitely consider this place to stay again for study purposes.

This place is amazing, there's a small bakery right in front of it which makes having breakfast on the rooftop incredible. The space is very clean from the moment you walk in and I love how close it is to center of everything. 1000/10 will visit again soon.

Staying with Pável is the best thing you can do while in Guanajuato. I traveled with my family, and we were delighted, the house was super clean, and Pável had everything to make us feel super comfortable, from extra blankets, extra sheets, extra towels, food in the refrigerator and even bottles. It's a place I'll definitely be back to.

The house is great in all aspects, it has appliances and kitchen utensils at your disposal, the patio is a very comfortable rest area, the rooms are very comfortable, the beds too. All the appliances worked very well, the TV even had Netflix They left us towels and some cookies upon our arrival. We loved it, super recommended!
