Villa Poggio Martino is an old independent farmhouse with an area of about 600 square meters, divided into seven independent apartments. Each apartment has a living area, kitchen and one or more bedrooms and bathrooms. A barbecue is available, and there is a beautiful swimming pool in the garden. Il Poderone is a typical 19th-century Umbrian farmhouse built in local lake stone, renovated in keeping with the original spirit by the owner, Giuseppina, who lives in one of the apartments. The other apartments of the house are dedicated to guests, all equipped with kitchen/living room, bedrooms, and bathroom. It is located 50 meters from the beaches and 500 meters from the village of S. Feliciano, in a strategic position for visiting the most beautiful centers of Tuscany and Umbria.

Le Ciliegie is an open space on two levels, with direct access from the garden. On the ground floor, there is the living area, equipped with a sofa bed with two single beds and a kitchen with a dishwasher. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, guests can enjoy a reserved table in the garden, a pool with a solarium, and two barbecues. Agriturismo Montelovesco is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in Umbria.

The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.

It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.
