Really beautiful apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was really clean and the decorations gave it a really cozy feeling. Florian and Sandra were very friendly and fast to respond, even providing us with local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again for longer!

We felt completely comfortable at Angelika's. Angelika goes to extraordinary lengths to welcome her guests. We were greeted with coffee, a bottle of Hugo, several small treats and even fresh eggs from the neighboring farm. You can feel how much passion is involved. The accommodation was sparkling clean, bed linens and towels of super quality. The absolutely quiet location and the beautiful indoor climate, despite the summer heat, meant that we were able to relax superbly. Absolutely great and worth 5 stars!

We stayed with Stephan for a week in June. The apartment is very well equipped, the quiet location was ideal for us. Stephan was a very friendly host and always very helpful with questions.

Nice apartment. Proper amenities and groceries available as well as laundry detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher. The village is beautiful and the view from the balcony is incredible. Please note: apartment on the 4th floor without elevator. May be difficult for some people. Note: Specify where to dispose of the glass.

we had a really great stay with Alexander. After we completed the booking, we had a super nice contact right away. Alexander gave us many useful tips right from the start and also answered the questions about the apartment directly. During our stay, he was always available and responded as quickly as possible. Fortunately, we also met in person again, which made us very happy. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description. It is absolutely sufficient for 2 people. We felt very comfortable and actually spent some time in the apartment. You could sleep really well in the large cozy bed. The decor was very tasteful and not too cluttered. All in all, it was a great vacation. Alexander as a host is definitely recommended with this apartment :)

We had a wonderful time in Ingrid and Jochen's beautiful, very quiet apartment. It is equipped with everything you need, has a large terrace and offers views of the countryside and mountains. Marquartstein is the ideal starting point for forays in the Chiemgau and hikes in the Chiemgau Alps, which you can even start on foot directly at the apartment. The chairlift to the Hochplatte is also within walking distance. Ingrid and Jochen are very nice and attentive hosts who also had a treat to welcome us and lots of tips for us. Unrestricted recommendation!

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile crib, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. Due to the size of the sauna, several people can relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly equipped, so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable vacation! We will be happy to come back.

We had a great holiday here! You immediately feel at home and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the right starting point for us for many excursions in the area and you will find everything you need there as well as many nice restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at the house flying roots. Perfect for a holiday with a child and dog. The garden is large and fenced. Great that we could just let our dog out. The location is perfect for things to do nearby. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

We were able to spend a very nice and relaxing time here again. The beautiful view, three different seating areas outside, garden, terrace, covered barbecue corner and the quiet secluded location of the house are highly recommended. The surrounding area invites you to do numerous activities. The hosts Jutta and Hannes are friendly, unobtrusive, but always approachable and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Doris' beautiful apartment. Super clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. We were warmly welcomed by Doris and she showed us everything. We were able to safely park our bikes in the garage and the car in the underground garage. We had great weather and were able to use the beautiful terrace with garden. The location was ideal for longer bike rides to the Chiemgau, the Wendelstein region and the Mangfall Mountains. In addition, a swimming pool is just around the corner, there are great swimming spots in the Mangfall as well as restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. We didn't feel for a second that we were missing anything. Super recommendation, especially for a longer relaxing vacation! Thank you, Doris 😊

We were looking for a place to stay for the weekend and didn't really spend much time in the apartment. Everything was clean and well equipped. There is a coffee machine with beans and a great terrace, overall we liked it very much and we would come back. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well.

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the champagne to welcome and the sweets were very sweet. We would really have liked to have stayed longer - if we are drawn to Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a wonderful time in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The house is in an idyllic setting – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Everything was very well maintained and lovingly furnished, you can immediately tell that a lot of heart is put into the work here. Lisa and Max were simply great: Despite many requests, they always took the time to support us in a friendly and helpful way. They were very eager to fulfill our every wish and made sure that we could feel completely comfortable. You rarely experience so much dedication and warmth! Charming apartment whose excellent location in the countryside invites you to relax. The apartment apparently has a few years on it, but is functional in all respects and satisfactory for everyone. We felt right at home. Communication with F. was hassle-free and always friendly. We'll be back.

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!
