From the south balcony you have a direct view of the Chiemgau Alps, Lake Chiemsee and the Fraueninsel. The lake and swimming area are 20 meters away.

Our property is beautifully grown, very quiet and idyllic. Children are welcome here, but we ask you to register them as a 3rd or 4th regular guest. We also provide cribs, changing tables, chairs for the little ones....We ask for your understanding.

Newly renovated holiday flat on the top floor in a wonderfully quiet location on the outskirts of Gstadt. The view of the mountains from the balcony is marvellous. The picturesque Chiemsee is only a few minutes' walk away. The flat was renovated to a high standard in 2020, new bathrooms, new fitted kitchen with appliances, fully tiled with high-quality Italian tiles in wood look.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

Hello everyone, The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and offers everything you could ever need. It is located in a quiet residential area and close to the beautiful Chiemsee. On foot it takes about 10 minutes to the shore. My wife and I will be happy to assist you with the key handover. Alternatively, the key is in a lockbox to allow flexible check-in.
