The host was prompt in answering my queries throughout . We love the cleanliness of the apartment. We managed to find a very nice pizza restaurant.

We need at least two bathrooms for six people, this house fully meets our requirements, although there is a bunk bed, but the room will still drop two suitcases.The host is very friendly and she is a kind person.

The house is really nice and has a lot of storing space so if you’re looking for long stays it is perfect. Had all the commodities needed and Ricciardo was always helpful and responsive. Totally recommend

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

Very nice and cozy place in a great location. It has everything you need, especially a beautiful view. Many ski resorts are quick to reach. Claudia was accessible and helpful throughout. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

This place is stunning and accommodated our group of 8 with ease. We all absolutely loved it here. The views from the verandah are picture perfert with plenty to do in the nearby area. Be aware there is a washing machine and dryer fee. The house itself so warm and immaculately clean. Highly recommend this place.

A very nice, high-quality accommodation (perhaps apart from the hair dryer), where they really thought things through. It has everything you need, the view of the mountains is a dream and the pool and hot tub make the whole thing complete after hiking in the great area. Lukas responded immediately and nicely to questions. I really highly recommend this place.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

We felt super comfortable. Top amenities😍😍😍! The outdoor pool and the wellness area were the icing on the cake. There was nothing missing. The area is great for activities, including hiking, cycling, swimming or rafting. We will definitely be coming back. We'd also like to come for skiing😍👍. Kind regards, Katja

We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and the communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

What a fantastic place at Peter and Andrea's! We were 6 (4 adults and 2 babies) and a dog. We were kindly received with homemade cake and were given a short tour of the property. The accommodation is very nice! Two spacious bedrooms, a nice kitchen and bathroom and a beautiful terrace! The grounds of the property are large and beautiful, we could even pick oregano, chives and thyme for dinner! Peter makes his own berry vodka, vinegar and jam and got some to try. The area is also beautiful: lots of hiking opportunities, nice huts with beautiful views and wonderfully quiet. We greatly appreciate the hospitality of Peter and Andrea! They are incredibly nice, welcoming and helpful. We'd love to come back!

The host is very friendly and the tourist places near us were carefully explained, the location is very excellent next to the residence, an excellent restaurant and a grocery store just meters away.. Everything was great. Thank you Claudine, my reservation has been upgraded to a nice neighboring location. We had a weekly day off and the next day was an annual holiday, June 9 However, that did not prevent us from enjoying the beautiful place I will repeat my visit to this place in the future. We stayed with the whole family (six in total, including my parents) in this beautiful place and it was just great all around! The apartment is well equipped: everything you need is available, from a very good coffee machine to a fully equipped kitchen. The view is fantastic and invites you to relax in the morning. Particularly noteworthy is the spa area: the sauna was a real highlight, modern, clean. It was also great that it was open until 9 or even 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small relaxation room after the sauna might have been the icing on the cake, but honestly, we didn't really miss it. The surroundings offer excellent opportunities for hiking, ideal for nature lovers and families who like to be active. All in all, a place to stay that we can fully recommend.

The place was an absolute dream in a beautiful location that exceeded our expectations. :) The hosts, Gabriel & Laura, welcomed us very warmly and were consistently available for any questions, concerns or tips.

The Chalet de Ultimis is a gem in the middle of nature in a very quiet and very relaxing place. Easy to get to and check in very easily. Mrs. Sabina is very helpful and kind. The interior spaces are beautiful, from the large open space with a kitchen island and a central fireplace to the very comfortable rooms. We had a great time. The private sauna area is an added value. Everything is perfect. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful place to relax surrounded by nature! Good location, wonderful chalet with everything you need. If you need more consumables (spices, cooking essentials, such as additional toiletries like toilet paper), we recommend buying them.

The apartment is very stylish and there is everything your heart desires. The location is excellent, you receive detailed instructions on how to get there before arrival and can easily find the assigned underground parking space. The apartment is exceptionally clean, we were proactively asked for fresh towels after 3 days. Highly recommend we would book the place again anytime.

Beautiful accommodation located on the first floor above a pizzeria that allows you to eat until late. Very nice apartment, Hannes welcomed us and even helped us by asking the restaurant below if we could leave the car in the parking lot since we were only staying one night! He even surprised us by leaving us sausage, wine and homemade honey! Very kind of him! I recommend it 100%, you won't be disappointed! I'll be back if I'm in the area again! Super nice!
