Welcome to our fantastically located vacation home right on the first row of the Großer Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. There is a private staircase to the lake, so you can swim or stand-up paddle in the lake right outside the door. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the lake in your private 400-square-meter garden on the sun lounger or by the grill. The beaches of the Bay of Lübeck (Scharbeutz, Timmendorf, Haffkrug...) are only about 5 minutes away by car or about 10 minutes by bike.

A parking space is of course reserved in the immediate vicinity of the house entrance. A separate storage room for your bike is located in the basement, which is accessible via the internal staircase. When planning and furnishing the apartment, emphasis was placed on every detail, no matter how small. Every holiday guest should feel at home here

Genieße sonnige Stunden auf dem Balkon mit Strandkorb, entspanne auf dem großzügigen Loungesofa und schlafe erholsam im Boxspringbett. Die voll ausgestattete Küche lädt zum entspannten Kochen und Genießen ein. Strand, Cafés und Boutiquen erreichst du bequem zu Fuß.

The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

PIERSIDE – Your seaside retreat in Haffkrug (Scharbeutz): Just 200 m from the beach promenade, our designer holiday home consists of only four exclusive units. You’ll find charming cafés, inviting restaurants, and a variety of shops nearby. A bakery is located directly across from the apartments. Only a 10-minute walk away is a beach bar right on Haffkrug’s sandy shore. A great place for couples, families & friends who love a high-quality and cozy interior.

"Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Welcome to our dreamy and quiet vacation home - only 4 km from the Baltic Sea. In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

Good Pettluis - Vacation in the Mansion

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Beach house - Spacious and modern!

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
