Measuring 130m2, the apartment sleeps 7 people in three double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Apartment Haus Salzburg is situated a short stroll from Glanegg Castle and many popular hiking areas. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

We offer a very spacious, family-friendly house for at least 10 people with probably the most beautiful location in the valley. The Schindlhaus is located with the best view of the village but still centrally located with direct access to the slopes for the winter. So you can make yourself really comfortable in the deck chair on the balcony and 2 terraces. A special feature is the bedroom with large panoramic window.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

The property is located in St. Johann im Pongau and is a former farmhouse, mainly made of wood and was last lovingly renovated in 2025. Very cozy and comfortable for a romantic family vacation or with friends: the ideal place to feel comfortable. The house is very large and has large rooms, which is why it is suitable for up to 14 people.
