Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Im Schindlhaus können sich unsere Gäste ihren Urlaub ganz nach ihren persönlichen Bedürfnissen gestalten. Wir bieten dafür ein sehr geräumiges, familienfreundliches Haus für mindestens 10 Personen mit der wohl schönsten Lage im Tal. Das Schindlhaus liegt mit bester Aussich auf den Ort aber trotzdem zentral mit unmittelbarer Pistennähe für den Winter. Im Sommer ist das Haus der Startpunkt für unzählige Wanderrouten und verspricht in jeder Jahreszeit einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus haben wir liebevoll renoviert, es bietet eine familienfreundliche Ausstattung, aber auch für einen Urlaub mit Freunden ist es sehr gut geeignet. Ab sofort gibt es auch eine überdachte finnische Außensauna und einen Massagesessel. Sie haben das Haus innen und außen zur alleinigen Nutzung. Das Haus verfügt über 1 Stockwerk und bei einer Größe von 80m² findet sich Platz für max. 6 Personen + Babybett. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Die Therme Amade ist 2 km von uns entfernt und unsere Gäste erhalten dort 23% Ermässigung. Der Platz hier ist vorallem für ruhe- und naturliebende Menschen geeignet.

Mountains, cows, Heidi-like scenes and fresh air: come to us to see what a typical Tyrolean farm is like. We are located in Schlaiten, a small village 12 km from Lienz (not to be mixed with Linz), at an elevation of 960 m (about 3,000 feet). The apartments are on the first floor of our house.
