Enjoying the living space with a gorgeous wood burning fireplace with access to a large deck. Guests can swim in the summer in the outdoor pool, relax in the jacuzzi, use the barbecue and other facilities.

The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.
