Vacation rentals with a sauna in Grižane-Belgrad

The apartment is tidy, but there is a strong smell of humidity. The toilet is super big and tidy, very nice. The people who run the apartment didn't know that they also had underfloor heating that I found and turned on myself, and heats the floor in the toilet and living room. When this is on it does not need AC in the winter. It was missing a napkin, salt, pepper, and oil at least okay for guests to have who are there for a few days, not that we have to buy everything. Dish detergent was missing so they brought us, although there is a dishwashing machine that also didn't have at least 2 washing tablets. Also the light in the fridge does not work. The couch where I slept is uncomfortable does not have a mattress topper and in the middle of your back as you sleep and pierce the board. I gave good ratings because it's not bad, but they could have met those needs, they did, because I have a place to stay and it means a lot when the host thinks about the little things they mean for people who are traveling and don't have to carry those basics with them.

We had a great week. The apartment is small, but nice. The sea view is beautiful, the proximity to the beach and the small coves worth gold. The roof terrace with the hot tubs and sauna was the absolute highlight for us. We spent beautiful relaxing evenings here and enjoying the sunset. The host is available at all times, incredibly helpful and very friendly! It was an all-around wonderful holiday.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Lovorka's aparman. She was very helpful, replying very quickly. The apartment is nice, well equipped, very convinient. We would choose it again for our next stay in Rijeka.

Had a great valentine's, Most of the amenities are at the entrance of the village, but the brisk walk allows a nice view on the valley surrounding the accommodation, A real jackpot.

We spent one week in Novi Vinodolski, and Alen's house is located close to the sea where there is a nice seaside walk. You can stop by anywhere for a swim. There are some good restaurants close to the house and also a Lidl store which is convenient. Alen was very responsive and helpful. We even got his own produced wine which we enjoyed. We recommend Alen's place for a good stay in Croatia

Everything was great, clean, tidy and nice host

We had a great time at Ivana's place. He welcomed us kindly, was flexible with our arrival time (we traveled at dawn with the children and arrived in the morning). The kids also enjoyed the balcony and the jacuzzi. The beach is really close. Restaurants, bakery, shop are within walking distance. We would definitely go back here! :)

Rosana and her husband were really nice hosts. They always were there for us if we had any questions or needed something from them. The freshly renovated Apartment itself was pretty nice and the furnishings felt modern, calming and a little luxirious. The surrounding area was very quiet and beautiful. The beach and the city center were easily reachable by foot but be aware because there is a lot of elevation you need to conquer. All in all we had a nice week and a great time in the apartment.☀️

Very nice place to stay with breathtaking views over Opatja to the sea. Furnished with love, nothing is missing. The pool area was also clean and well maintained, most of the time we had it all to ourselves. The terrace is very large and especially for breakfast and in the evening really very nice! The contact with Cornelia was also great, we will be happy to come back soon!

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The place was comfortable and well-equipped. Particularly impressive was the breathtaking view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even let us stay in the apartment a little longer on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place to stay – we will be happy to come back!

We had a beautiful apartment with view on the sea. It was clean a plenty of space. The pool area was also very nice. Almost everything is in a walkable distance and it looks beautiful there. So I highly recommend.

Rajko was an excellent host who welcomed us warmly. The house is cozy, exceptionally tidy, and clean. The wellness amenities, including the jacuzzi and sauna, are perfect for relaxation. The location is ideal, with easy access to numerous natural attractions such as Risnjak National Park.

Awesome stay! The place was a great spot to relax and enjoy a private sauna and jacuzzi. Rajko was even so kind that he turned on heating because the temperature outside dropped. But you still have a nice fireplace that you could use, so it was perfect. The signal and wifi are not the best, so do not plan on working but rather to relax as it should be. Clean space, great outdoors to grill, and ofcourse your private spa.

recommended accommodation for a large group of friends or family perfect amenities. hyper-functional appliances . abundance of fridge spaces and kitchen utensils (always comfortable in summer) nearby towns are easily accessible ( apart from the obvious codes of Croatian August). beach 1.5 km (difficult to reach on foot. ) Caribbean Dina was kind and also gave us a lot of suggestions.

Amazing experience! This villa is so beautifully decorated with attention to the smallest details. You can tell that the hosts/owners have given this property a lot of thought and attention and nothing is out of place - everything was put there for a reason. The best part of this house was the cozy fireplace and the jacuzzi which was private and offers wonderful views over the landscape. There was also a sauna in the house but we didn't try it, I can imagine it's really nice in the winter though! Would love to come back and stay here during the winter months for an extended time. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook well. Perfect for a family or a group of friends traveling together. You can even bring your fluffy babies, they accept dogs! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

The villa is very clean and well maintained. There is a lot of space. Each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. You will spend your holiday comfortably. The hosts are very nice and friendly. Highly recommend.
