The Lower Garden District/ Magazine Street area is one of New Orleans' oldest and trendiest neighborhoods, with a mix of 100-year-old houses, cool shops, and restaurants. Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Your code for the front gate and front door will be sent via the Airbnb app three days before your stay. If you need any help just give us a call.

Get a sense of the city's maritime history in this 2nd-floor studio, with its custom antique cabinetry, rich blue accents, and original artwork. Period features like polished wood floors and high ceilings meet modern-day touches like a Smeg fridge and tiled rain shower. Studio apartment with a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. Small kitchen with SMEG refrigerator, microwave, French press coffee maker, electric kettle. Linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner all included. Central A/C and heat, newly renovated, very clean space. Side yard, back yard. I live a few blocks away, and am usually available if you need something. The home is in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood, two doors from MoJo Coffee House and one block from Coliseum Square Park. Stroll up Magazine St to boutique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, bike rentals, amazing architecture, and history. Very walkable up and down Magazine St and throughout the neighborhood, very easy Uber ride to anywhere in the City. Also very bike friendly...BYOBike ;-) Street parking is free and readily available.

5 blocks to Mississippi River with beautiful views of downtown and bike path. 10 minute/$10 Uber ride to downtown. Suite connected to main house with its own private entrance in beautiful Old Gretna which is known for being the one of the safest neighborhoods in NOLA. Enjoy NOLA without the unnecessary risks of staying downtown. Friendly dogs, Gumbo and Roux, live on property. My family lives on property, not a party house. No Stove. Master suite is above bnb suite. New beds bought in 2022.

This FUN, OASIS home has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, and 2 1/2 baths. It's located in a SAFE and POPULAR area of New Orleans, and it has a private HOT TUB , swimming POOL, and a ping pong, and pool table! My vacation rental is located right off the FAMOUS Magazine Street and within walking distance to LOTS of restaurants, boutique stores, art galleries, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, drug stores, the St Charles streetcar and RTA bus stop. :-)

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage. It has been completely updated. This beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath home sits on a double lot.
