The exclusive and modern houseboat "Oma Ella" is located on the outer jetty of the yacht shipyard with an unobstructed view of the Heiligenhafen harbor entrance and the well-known Graswarder nature reserve. It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The complex consists of two stylish semi-detached houses. Guests can reach the in-house parking spaces via a private driveway. Each house has a private sauna, large bicycle shed, a stove with free wood and a "bun bike". The little guests are happy about a trampoline.

Very nice apartment in a great, quiet residential area of Oldenburg located directly at the Oldenburg Quarry nature reserve. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our detached house with a separate entrance via a spiral staircase and the associated balcony with seating area.
