The new owners ( Delores & Rhonda) have rejuvenated the property with new colors & amenities. Nestled in a beautiful hollow with walking access (.03 of a mile) to Greers Ferry Lake. It's not unusual to see road runners, deer, turkey & hear yelps of coyotes in the distance. To add to your experience each cabin has a fire pit, sittin' porch & grill!

Situated on 2.5 acres, Annikken's cabin is perfect for Large families or couples vacationing. Bring your boat or rent one at the nearby Marina. Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Handicap accessible ramp.

The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests includes 2 kayaks with paddles and more. This lake house has 2 king lakeview rooms with new hybrid mattresses. The twin room has a new memory foam mattress that pulls out to make a King. The loft has a Queen mattress. Electric fireplace & updated kitchen.

Just a 5 minute walk to our neighborhood access point into Greers Ferry Lake, Heber Hideaway is your perfect lake retreat! Our studio style guest suite is very private including its own entrance, bathroom, queen sized bed, and kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave,and toaster oven. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. We had a nice stay. We booked at the last minute due to a water leak in our cabin we own nearby. We were very glad to find something last minute at 8:00 PM. The house was clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee k cups provided were a nice touch. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms plus hand soap was also provided. My son loved the PAC Man game downstairs. The stairs to the second bedroom are pretty narrow, so it could be a problem for some people. Parking is also very tight, so I wouldn’t suggest bringing more than 2 vehicles to this house.

Amazing is the best way to describe our time staying at the cabin. First time trout fishing and was able to catch our first trout off of the dock on the crystal clear waters of the Little Red River. Couldn’t ask for better scenery. Red River Trout Dock was very helpful supplying us with the correct baits and gear to fish the river!

Extremely happy with Carol’s place! We stayed there for three nights and had a great time. It rained most of the time so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake much but it was still a great time. The deck and outdoor area is amazing.

I do hair & makeup professionally for a living & worked a wedding in the area on 5.17, and wanted to stay close by so I wouldn’t have to get up at 4 am to drive there before a long day. This cozy little cabin was perfect! Cute, quaint, clean, & just enough space & amenities. The weather wasn’t great the evening I was there, so I didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the fire pit/porch area, but will most definitely spend some time out there if and when I have a reason to return. Very communicative host, felt right at home.

My husband and I decided to go somewhere at the last minute for our anniversary. We knew it would be rainy and stormy most of the weekend and we chose this place because of the large tvs, big comfy couch and a lovesac. (I now think I’m going to purchase one!) We watched movies all weekend and stopped only to use the hot tub for a bit. Best of all, we had a beautiful view of the lake which is actually where we first met! Nathan was very responsive and attentive and we had no issues at all while there.
