Monthly Rentals in Greenland

Gary, was a great host and very accommodating while we were attending the Razorback Baseball Regional. It was a quick 10 min walk to the stadium, or just a two min scooter ride with one of the rentable scooters around town. All in all I’ll be back to stay at Gary’s place again.

What a wonderful place to stay in Fayetteville! I was greeted with the sweetest pups and they kept me company while I enjoyed the porch. My stay was very quiet and peaceful. The bed is comfy and you have everything you need for a stay. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I hope I can stay again soon. I recommend staying here over any of the hotels in town.

If you are traveling to the Fayetteville area and need a place to stay or a couples retreat you need to check into this cabin!! What amazing views sitting on the porch!! It’s easy to get too and Jessica is a wonderful host!! The cabin is well stocked she has took the time to label everything so it’s easier to find things!! Jessica even went as far as stacking some wood in the fire pit so if you want a fire it’s ready to go with chairs close by!! I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Beautiful area! Quiet, secluded, and very well done. The bed was super comfy, the linens were clean & smelled wonderful, and there was high attention to detail. We had never stayed in a large RV before, so we loved the little signs (& video!) that showed us how to operate things. Will definitely return if we are in the area!
