The place was incredibly accommodating for the group of 8 of us !! We had a great time hanging out in the backyard and between the kitchen and dining table with the open concept. The place was tidy, clean, and all the amenities were as advertised — would definitely stay again!

Tons of space on 3 levels and outside. Everything was clean, she put out snacks, beds were so comfortable. Amazing location right on the water with a fire pit, hot tub and sauna there! Minutes from the Henley Island and downtown area, 5-15 min away from all stores and St Catherine’s. The few problems with the water in the showers were taken care of immediately and all communication was very fast!!! I highly recommend staying at Grace’s place!

We had a great time at the River House! Neighbourhood was beautiful and quiet. The property was gorgeous! Home was clean and tidy, everything was labelled and easy to find. Space was perfect for 5 guests. Beds were cozy and comfortable, we loved sitting outside and enjoying the view and the amenities.

Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay. The house is a great size for a family looking to relax and unwind.

We stayed at the North COTTAGE for a ladies work trip to Peterborough. Everything was as listed, and this was one of the cleanest Airbnbs I have stayed in! We really loved the coffee bar, and the morning view was beautiful. The hot tub and pool were very clean and great to use after a long day of training. Thanks for a pleasant stay, Mike!

We had an amazing stay at Penny’s beautiful home! The house is warm, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to feel comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen was very well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking, which made preparing our own meals simple and convenient. Penny is a truly exceptional host—responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience! This was one of the best hosting experiences we’ve had, and we would gladly return in the future. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay!

We had a great stay. Stopped in for a few days to fish. House was very clean, location was perfect and there was plenty of room for parking. We were also close enough to take a day trip to Niagara Falls. Will definitely stay here again. Great hosts and excellent communication. Very good experience for our first trip out to this area (from Michigan).

This is a great place in a beautiful setting along the Niagara Parkway. It’s country setting provides a nice buffer from the tourist noise, while still being a stones throw to the falls, and make it the perfect place to relax in a nature setting. Megan was a great host!

We had a great weekend spent at the cottage! Beautiful location on the lake that allows you to getaway from the crowds while still being close to Niagara Falls. The hosts were very responsive and the home was comfy and had everything needed for a weekend away. Definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

This was a wonderful cottage experience. The river is beautiful and the interior of the cabin is comfortable and is equipped with everything you need. The wifi was dysfunctional during my stay and cell reception was spotty. Both of these things were fine with me as my intention was to be fairly unreachable lol. Fabulous place, would absolutely stay again.

We love staying here! Tracey is absolutely amazingly, the place is beautiful, the lake is beautiful (and a bit cold in May, although we did swim a little - only try if youre brave, haha). The window with the view is enough. Such a sweet getaway!

it was a lovely home. the photos match the house. it was quiet with friendly neighbors and lots of ammenitys close by, but we basically just went to the beach and hung out in the back yard. would book again.

the place was beautiful you felt like you were at a cottage even tho it was a residential area. everything inside was labeled so you knew were everything was and the host was helpful and responded fast if there was any questions!

Ginger and Andy were truly fabulous hosts. Their house was quiet and clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay while visiting the falls and surrounding areas. They went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs. We had a fantastic weekend stay at this beautiful property! The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. From the comfortable beds to the well-stocked kitchen, every detail made us feel right at home. Kylie was an amazing host—super attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the whole experience even smoother. What a great place! We had 11 people. 6 adults and 5 children. There were beds for everyone and because the weather was crap (totally not Byron’s fault - LOL) we were inside most of the weekend. There was enough space and internet bandwidth to keep everyone happy and engaged! Everything was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! Hope to rent this next year for family fun weekend!

This place was even more beautiful than the pictures. Three levels of seating to enjoy the lake views. The beds were so comfortable unlike many places. The restaurant Garden Houzz just down the street is a close walk and a hidden gem! We had a rainy cold stay but we enjoyed an amazing time because of the views and amenities.

My girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The place was exactly as pictured and had lots of charm and personal touches that were very appreciated, including a complimentary bottle of wine, snacks and a lovely personalized welcome sign. The hosts were friendly, responsive and readily available if anything was needed, which it wasn't! We would definitely come back again when visiting the area!

This was our second time staying here with the kids over Victoria Day, and once again, it was perfect. The place has everything we needed and felt like home from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We loved the beautiful view, swimming in the lake, making s’mores, and enjoying quality time together. A beautiful and convenient spot for a great getaway — we’re already looking forward to our next visit!
