It has 3 bedrooms with 4 beds total, as well as 3.5 bathrooms and a sauna. It is fully equipped with everything you'll need including comfortable Fairmont Royal beds, high-speed WiFi, several 4K TV's, spacious rooms and a large backyard in a ravine lot. It has been recently renovated and has a brand new deck to relax on by the pool.

It's just minutes from the water and plenty of cafe's and restaurants located on Queen St. There's free parking on the driveway and a beautiful outdoor area in the back. Jiyun’s place was just perfect. The house is beautiful and exactly like the photos. The yard was so big and since it is fenced our dog could run around everyday. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, just a short walk to the beach by Lake Ontario. Plus super easy to get around by public transit to get downtown Toronto. Our family had an amazing time. I would come back anytime!!

We enjoyed our stay at Evan’s place. There were 4 of us for a work trip. The four rooms worked great. The powder room on the main floor was super helpful because we needed two teammates to share a restroom. The backyard was fantastic, and having parking was a huge benefit. We were able to fit a mid-size SUV (VW Atlas) without any issues in the garage. The spot is located in Kensington, a cool, quirky neighbourhood. We felt safe. It was handy to most spots in the city. We did not use public transit but it is readily available.

This rental exceeded my expectations! The linens and kitchen were stocked similarly to what I have at home. The neighborhood is peaceful, yet anything you'd want access to is a close walk away. From groceries to a rock show to a stroll around Kensington Mrkt. The free parking and patio really sets it apart. Will stay here every time I visit TO from now on.
