Chickens (in their own area) right at the property. Feel free to bring them all your leftovers. With some luck you may discover early morning or deer in the evening in the upstream meadow. It is heated with a wood stove. Swing and trampoline at the property.

It is elevated, off a lightly traveled road, in an idyllic, quiet valley with horses, wildlife and small forests. Not far away is a small wooden house where I live and adjacent is an orchard for snacking. Everything is DIY, with a lot of love and simplicity and has alpine hut flair. Graz center 17 km and a lovely natural pond just 3 km away.
