The Little House

The house is located 15 km southwest of the city of Graz. It is 5 km to the A2 and 10 minutes to the A9 (where you can drive towards Slovenia/Croatia or towards Salzburg). The spacious house (130 m²) is characterized by a quiet hillside location with an approximately 80 m² terrace, as well as a very nice view. The house is well located for those passing through. But it is also very interesting for vacationers. You can reach many places in southern and western Styria in a relatively short time.

On hiking trails in nature with small ponds, forests and rolling hills and a river lined with cows and chickens, you will find the ideal starting point for a lovely time in pleasant surroundings. You can also quickly reach Graz, Leibnitz and Western Styria. Grandma loves you – always!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Real alpine hut flair and yet close to the city (Graz). Fenced all around, fantastic views, sun until late in the evening. Outdoor terrace and barbecue. Chickens (in their own area) right at the property. Feel free to bring them all your leftovers. With some luck you can discover deer in the early morning or evening on the meadow in front. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. Swing and trampoline on the property.

Public transport is a 20-minute walk away.

The tiny home is rustic and close to nature, in an enchanting garden. Ideal for a break and digital detox. It is elevated, off a lightly traveled road, in an idyllic, quiet valley with horses, wildlife and small forests. Not far away is a small wooden house where I live and adjacent is an orchard for snacking. Everything is DIY, with a lot of love and simplicity and has alpine hut flair. Graz center 17 km and a lovely natural pond just 3 km away.

Cozy cottage on the outskirts of Graz

Cozy garden cottage for up to 2 people located on the southern outskirts of Graz. All animals are welcome. Heating is provided by wood (tabletop stove). Bus stop about 200 m away, public parking (free) about 200 m away, loading and unloading on the property possible. The cottage is located on the same property as the main house; the two hosts, a small dog, and a cat live here. Laundry and breakfast service available upon request.

A special place to experience your free time is provided by our lovingly furnished hut. Enjoy the cozy warmth by the tiled stove and the atmospheric ambience designed for rest and relaxation. On the spacious terrace surrounded by nature, you can forget everyday life and enjoy the view. The beauty of the surrounding nature and the sound of the forest ensure real relaxation. This idyllic country house is just 30 minutes from Graz and offers a perfect oasis of peace in the Styrian hills. Relax on the terrace or in the saltwater pool and enjoy nature.
