At the foot of Tyrol Castle, just outside Merano, our farm is surrounded by its own vineyards. In a very short time, the Tappeinerweg, the Waalweg, but also the old town of Merano can be reached. The farm appears to have been mentioned in a document for the first time in 1323. A mighty round arch vault and iron doors still bear witness to the time.

Staying at Maria’s place was just amazing. The location is stunning. Away from the main tourist areas, you have views from your own balcony… and they are stunning. Maria and her husband were wonderful and friendly. They helped with great local advice, restaurant recommendations and bookings and tourist info. The apartment was perfect. First class amenities. We loved it and would happily return. Thank you.

The stay in the apartment was just great! Patrizia and Jonas are incredibly good hosts. From tips for the area and restaurants to the daily bread roll service or farm's own eggs - everything was perfect. We were even offered the use of the hosts' e-bikes. The apartment is on the upper floor of a very large house and you have privacy and complete tranquility. It is completely renovated, incredibly clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with various coffee machines, coffee and milk frother. The bed is so comfortable that we asked the hosts about it because we want to buy it for ourselves! The balcony is large and invites you to breakfast overlooking the mountains. From here, we could easily reach Merano and various hiking areas. The hosts also run a great snack bar not far from the house. If we come back to South Tyrol, we will book here again 100%

The bathroom features modern fixtures, including a spacious walk-in shower with a glass partition. A large sink with wooden accents is complemented by a mirror, with natural light filtering in through the windows. Green plants add a touch of freshness to the ambiance.

We stayed in this home as a small family for 4 nights. The location is super central in Merano, 5 min. walk you are in the middle of the pedestrian zone. The hosts are uncomplicated and answered all our questions. Check in was easy. The apartment is exceptionally clean and modern. The beds are spacious and very comfortable. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

The apartment was beautifully decorated and exactly as described – everything was available and very well maintained. A real highlight was the large balcony that surrounds the apartment and allows you to enjoy the sun all day. The location is pleasantly quiet, great for unwinding. Communication with the host was outstanding – prompt, friendly, and helpful. It was particularly noteworthy that I was able to leave my luggage there on the day of departure, as my train did not leave until the evening. I felt very comfortable and can fully recommend the place!

A spacious outdoor area features a stone patio surrounded by neatly trimmed hedges. The view extends across the landscape toward the mountains in the background, while a well-defined pathway leads towards a fenced area. Natural light enhances the open atmosphere.

From check-in to departure, everything is perfect. We felt completely comfortable and would book this place again at any time. Vincent and Christine were warm hosts with whom you would like to spend your vacation.

Green shutters frame a corner window, inviting natural light into the interior. Verdant foliage surrounds the area, creating a sense of privacy and blending the architecture harmoniously with the outdoor environment.
