Great stay in Davis. Unit was exactly as pictured. Very clean and had everything we needed. Allison was quick to respond when we reached out to her with questions. Davis is a great jumping off point for many outdoor recreation activities in the area. Will stay here again if we come back for more fun and have already recommended this apartment to family and friends when they come out this way.

What a great place to stay for a weekend getaway or for a week. Cozy, clean, energy efficient, and everything you need to cook a nice email and settle in after a day of hiking. Very close to the art scene in Thomas and great hikes in Dolly Sods Wilderness area.

We had a wonderful time visiting Canaan Valley. Karina was the best host, very nice and clean home. I will miss playing with the two kittens Celeste and Juanito ❤️ would definitely stay here again. Thanks again

We had a great stay, our 1st time in Davis but it won't be our last and would definitely book this property again! The location was a perfect home base for the sites and activities we had lined up. It was nice to have dining options right there and we especially loved the convenience of hopping on the bike and being on trails within minutes. The fire pit area was nice, always love to see and hear the water. We appreciated Allison's responsiveness to our requests during the stay. Davis, WV is a true gem!

A homey and affordable option in Davis. It’s a great little town and the Airbnb was very convenient. Rentals are becoming abundant in Davis, this isn’t new and shiny like many, but homey and comfortable. I would argue an Airbnb more of how Davis should be. It’s easy to find and quick to all the adventures the area holds.

Perfect for two! It was a quiet and peaceful location but close to neighboring towns and natural attractions. Kelsey was extremely helpful and responsive when asked questions and provided all needed information for our stay.

Great location close to parks and restaurants. Had something for our whole family of four. Kids ages were 6 and 11. Alison was very responsive to the water boil notice in Tucker county and informed us so. We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

This was my second stay at Mike's place and everything was just as good as my first stay. The location is great and close to many local sites and activities. The view of the mountain is gorgeous and so peaceful and relaxing. The house is very comfortable and nice inside with many thoughtful touches throughout. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

From the moment we walked into the house, we were in love. The house is set in a private, wooded cul-de-sac and easy to find with the directions provided. The inside is open and spacious but still somehow cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed and all of the best quality. The town of Davis is a short drive away with some delicious little places to check out for meals. We also stopped by Blackwater Falls State Park, just a few minutes past the downtown area. Would definitely recommend this gem if you are planning a stay in the area!

We really loved our stay in this beautiful house with the natural surroundings. It was really nice to have lots of windows and doors to enjoy the natural lighting and the breeze through the trees. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were nicely done and had good counter space and storage for our stay. I loved having the closet and dresser in the primary bedroom, which allowed me to put away my clothes. The furniture and lighting was tasteful and added to our stay. The fireplace and sauna were nice accessories. The EV charger was wonderful for us to have and really made our stay much more convenient. We would 1000% stay here again!

Nice house in a great location. Close to downtown Davis and activities at Canaan resort. Kid friendly space upstairs. The kitchen has the necessities for cooking and is open to the living room. The host is responsive and was easy to communicate with.

The house is very spacious and quaint. Updates are appropriate and keep with the feel of the house. Only a few steps from main commercial strip of Davis. Walked to get coffee and breakfast. Kim and Josh were quick to respond and solve any problems we had with the facility. Allowed a later checkout to accommodate our family. Would stay again.

The family owned “lodge” was perfect for our stay; spacious, clean, quiet, and well laid out for times together or when private time is desired. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed to eat in. Several restaurants nearby: the town of Thomas had unique stores & galleries. Davis, WV had a nice, established brewery. Skiing, sledding, tubing, disc golf activities nearby. Brandie (owner) was very helpful & responsive when questions arose. Great place for families, etc. Highly recommend when visiting the area.

Definitely strongly considering coming back. Dolly Sods nearby is great. House is at end of road, very private, beautiful stars, wonderful wind/rain/snow in the trees. Exceptionally spacious. Hot tub is great. Hot water heater broke while we were there and she gave us a discount without asking. Fusball table is a plus. Recommend.

Lovely Memorial Day weekend, was super quiet, and right where we wanted to be for some great hiking. WiFi and TV worked great. Kitchen was a major plus with a great layout and plenty of space (Keurig and drip coffee maker for any who might be wondering). Bed was comfy and keyless entry is always a plus. Lura was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and are likely to return.

Perfect place for the weekend at local lodge rates. The view was beautiful and quiet. The sleeping accommodations were easy and so comfortable. It was nice to have an apartment and not just a room. It was a short drive to any local attraction. We will definitely recommend to others.

The condo has everything you need - kitchen, microwave, frig, hot shower, heat. It was only the 2 of us and we chose to sleep in the loft because of the skylights! It was the "fun" factor. It is easy to find if you are not familiar with the area (which we were not), and the check-in was super simple. No brainer. Matt told us everything we needed to know as guests ahead of time, so it made the check out easy. We felt safe and it was quiet the whole weekend. It is conveniently located near the Blackwater Falls Park, maybe a mile from the entrance. Easy to access the main road if you want to wander to Thomas or Dolly Sods, etc. Definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Davis. We had a spectacular time and the condo helped us enjoy out time away. Thank you, Matt! Kelly & Eddy

Wonderful time visiting the Davis area and staying in this condo. Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our host was easy to communicate with and available when needed. Hope to visit again soon.

We had a great stay at Kerrie's place! She had everything we could need. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities plus sugar, spices, coffee, tea, and some snacks. Laundry detergent and toiletries were available to use. Tons of books to read! We didn't use the fireplace but there was wood if we wanted it. There was an issue with the thermostat (turned out previous renter turned off the heater) and Kerrie had someone at the unit within minutes to help figure out the issue. Beds were comfortable and i loved that she had plenty of extra blankets. She also had cable TV in addition to streaming, which is seems like a rare find these days. Location is 10 minutes from both Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley Resort and short enough drive to Seneca Rocks. Thanks for a great stay!

Great little condo steps away from the mountain. Description was accurate and communication was efficient. Would stay here again and recommend to others!

The condos at Timberline are a standout location! It's steps to the 6x and quad lift - (maybe a 1 minute walk in ski boots). We lucked out and had it for a few days at a discounted rate at the tail end of the season. Even without that it's worth the normal cost. We were a family of 5, the condo worked great for our size of teenagers and middle schoolers. just like any week used location there are bond to be some quirks, but Jeff was available and had speedy remedies. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with dry goods and extras. 2 bathrooms a washer dryer, dishwasher and outdoor balcony were great to enjoy a week as a gas fireplace. The owners left a supply of boot pads that made it easy to keep everything clean after a day on the slopes. would totally recommend taking advantage of the friendly staff at Timberline, and the condos. Its a great family place. one point of recommendation is the convenience store (right turn onto the main road and 2-3 minutes)

This place is really close to the main ski lift. It is 30 second walk to the lift. It is hard to convey on a map. Great spot. Perfect size for a family of five.
