The Kit House is a perfect place for a weekend with friends or family! An open floor plan and a full kitchen makes the downstairs ideal for gathering. This early 1900s Sears Roebuck home has been fully renovated to include updated amenities while keeping some vintage charm. Walking distance to Davis classics such as The Billy, Sirianni's, Stumptown and Hellbenders and a short drive to Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley attractions. We are also only 2.5 miles from the cute strip of Thomas, WV!

Located at Rocky Hollow Paradise. has solar lights, NO electric, wifi, or cell service. Sleeps up to 6. Has a full bed with linens in bedroom. Bring sleeping bags for full and cot size beds in loft. Pillows are provided. Battery powered Shower outside(summer) and inside. Degradable bags and bucket in the bathroom. Rd is dirt and steep in places. 4x4 or AWD is recommended but some front wheel drive cars have made it to cabin. Behind locked gate. Wood stove and a propane heater. No pets.
