Walk to lifts- 70 steps or less! Just a few miles from Canaan Valley Ski Resort & Whitegrass! Hike to Dolly Sods right from the condo ! Whitegrass for lunch!+ High Speed Internet. AT&T has service coverage but if you have Verizon or another carrier I would check before you come. this area is remote so prepare! Afterwards, you will enjoy the views by the gas fireplace! This condo is on the 3rd floor. Nicely updated with stone fireplace, copper counter tops, new appliances, and jacuzzi tub!

Loft area with futon that pulls out to a full sized bed. Loft area with bubble hockey table, TV, & Nintendo console. TV with Roku in each room. Indoor hot tub attached to master bedroom & to spacious outdoor deck with propane fire pit. Stocked kitchen. There are cameras for security, on the driveway.

Get comfortable with mountain views and fresh, clean air at 3,200' altitude, close to Canaan Valley/Blackwater Falls State Parks. Also, Dolly Sods, Seneca Rocks and Spruce Knob (highest point of WV). Lots of hiking/biking trails. Unique shopping in Davis and Thomas with a variety of restaurants. Fast food? An adventurous, scenic drive goes to Parsons, with the only McDonald's and traffic light in the county. Relax on the back deck to view the horse pasture and the small private airport.

This is a beautiful property and is centrally located close to Davis, Thomas and Canaan Valley's most famous attractions. Witness the sunrises and sunsets over the mountains from the balcony, take a dip in the heated seasonal pool, get cozy and warm next to the wood fireplace (free firewood included), cook a delicious meal on the outdoor grill, and end the day toasting from the balcony and cuddled by the fire.
