Vacation rentals with a patio in Grand Case

Ce séjour fut parfait :) L’accueil chaleureux de Marie dans son studio magnifiquement bien situé juste en face du lagon avec sa superbe vue. Ce studio longe la plage et tout l’endroit est sécurisé à mon grand bonheur. Une épicerie, une pharmacie, une boulangerie et plusieurs excellents resto sont à quelques pas … Sa grande disponibilité, tous ses conseils et références d’incontournables … une gastronomie et des cocktails incroyables vous attend. Nous avons décidé de louer une voiture ce qui est un must pour la liberté et le coût comparé au taxi et Marie nous a référé Best car rental ; vraiment excellent comme service, on nous a apporté la voiture à notre Airbnb et on nous a accompagner à l’aéroport au départ Je n’oublierai jamais ces moments avec ma fille ♥️ I love Saint-Martin

Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. The staff onsite were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay, Tamara!

Very beautiful area that felt very safe, Bérénice was super responsive and helpful when checking in. Not ocean view but a short walk through the garden to a beautiful beach. Peaceful and quiet area to stay, and not far from Orient beach to go to all the restaurants. It was a great place to spend the week.

The hills was an amazing place to stay for our time in St. Maarten. It was a perfect location close to a lot of the places we wanted to go to. It was a beautiful room and the pool was outstanding. Everything was clean and everyone was very friendly and sweet. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip!

The airbnb was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our honeymoon. The studio sits below a villa that has the private pool, which we had all to ourselves. The view was gorgeous, the interior design was amazing, and the hosts thought of everything. They were very responsive with any needs. We will surely stay here again

Loved the views from the balcony and spaciousness of the place. The neighborhood felt safe. Having rented a car, the beach chairs, cooler and pool noodles were appreciated for exploring various beaches. The apartment was very clean and well equipped- it felt like home. Sandra was very responsive to any questions. Staying here was a great experience. We’d love to return.

The unit was beautiful, had a great view and was very clean. The host was responsive and answered all questions timely. Check in process was super easy and The Fourteen is a perfect location to everything on the island. I would highly recommend and would def book again if I return. Also, s/o to our driver Thomas, at the Fourteen. Taxis can be very expensive on the island but he was very reasonable & always available. If you ever need a driver, I suggest asking the concierge for Thomas! Everything 10/10

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans ce logement. L’endroit est chaleureux, décoré avec goût, et on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Tout est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque pour assurer un confort optimal. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement et sereinement de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés, et c’est certain, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

House is as shown in photos. Large enough for a group of six or a couples outing. Very secluded, beautiful estate to walk around. House is very secure in addition to a security gate at the entrance. One of the most well stocked Airbnb homes I have ever rented in regard to kitchen utensils/ supplies, toiletries, and linen. The property managers/hosts are very accommodating. I have heat driven migraines and they graciously brought me a fan ASAP. We will return next year and hopefully rent the same property! Thanks again

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

Spectacular home. Private, quiet, yet minutes away from beaches and quality restaurants. Checking in and out was well coordinated by the team, as were responses to queries. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

Patricia was a most fantastic host. SO friendly, and super helpful, there to greet me with thorough orientation upon arrival. I needed help with a few things and Patricia always went above and beyond, even offering things before I thought to ask for them. My appreciation of Patricia’s hosting is matched by the stunning vista of Petit Cle and sea from the beautiful pool terrace, which made for memorable morning tai chi. And the studio itself was most comfortable, including the bed. The location access is a little funky (in part because of the elevation), and be aware there is a flight of stairs up to the studio - all worth it for a stay with so many amenities. Good central location for access to everything from Orient Bay to Pinel ferry and Anse Marcel.

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

We loved at our stay and would definitely book it again if we are back at St. Martin. Aurelie responded to all my questions within minutes. The apartment was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the view to the ocean from the balcony was a favorite. Having breakfast in the balcony while hearing the ocean created nice memories for us. The area seems very safe with nice restaurants within a short walk and even a small grocery store near by. We enjoyed the short two-minute walk to the beach. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

Great time! The condo had everything we could want. Very clean and well appointed. The beach toys were especially helpful for the kids. Thank you!

Our short 3 night stay at Maho Condo was excellent. The space is very clean and small but functional. There are two large closets with plenty of hangers and four drawers of under bed storage. Kitchen: Stocked with glasses, dishes and cutlery as well as appliances like a ninja blender, air fryer and toaster. Bathroom: Rainfall shower with nice pressure, hot water and plenty of towels. They even have darker makeup towels. Misc. Robot vacuum, ironing board, smart tv. Amenities: Fully equipped gym and although we never used the pool it’s a nice size and has plenty of chairs. The onsite security made us feel safe coming and going at night. Location: close to the airport with about a 10 min walk to Maho beach. 5 min drive to Mullet Bay beach. In walking distance to bars/restaurants and the Maho market. We had a car and parked often in the gravel lot across the street. Communication: Great. We got a nice welcome and had an open communication with the hosts should we need anything.

Great clean location with everything you need for an amazing holiday. Plenty of space with open kitchen/ living room concept with a view of ocean and beach. Which coincides with the deck/ patio. We would definitely stay again at “ The French Kiss”.. thanks for the host that kept in contact with us and met us at the property to explain some key details. Luc checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Leanne's place is exactly as pictured and they even granted us access to the community's workout facilities. Luc was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and the driver he recommended (Simon) was prompt, polite, and always available to drop us off and pick us up all over the island. I would highly recommend a stay at Leanne's place. You won't regret it.
