If you’re visiting the Island you need to stay here! The Hills exceeded my expectations! From the easy check in to the beautiful room and the amenities! The pictures capture the view but it’s more beautiful in person. The location is close to many shops, restaurants, and night life. The employees were awesome and very responsive to my messages. They also helped us book excursions. Can’t wait to go back!

awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

We had a great experience, renting this condo! The view was spectacular, we spent many hours sipping on wine enjoy and enjoying the view! Beach was right there! Linda who helped check us in was excellent!

We were amazed by this rental. We’ve always had great ones in the past but this one is the most beautiful one we’ve had. Rachel and her husband were amazing people and are taking care of your needs as soon as you get there. The views you have from the patio is amazing and relaxing. We will return for sure.

Priscilia is a great hostess and we loved her apartment! It was a great spot for our family vacation, we got to explore the island but also enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of Anse Marcel . The apartment worked well for us and our two young children - Priscilia even had a crib for the infant. A lovely pool is right nearby and the beautiful, calm beach is a short walk away. Priscilia recommended a delicious Italian restaurant within walking distance which became our son’s favourite spot. A decent grocery store is a short drive away but there’s also a small one within walking distance for any urgent necessities. Thank you so much Priscilia!!

Great clean location with everything you need for an amazing holiday. Plenty of space with open kitchen/ living room concept with a view of ocean and beach. Which coincides with the deck/ patio. We would definitely stay again at “ The French Kiss”.. thanks for the host that kept in contact with us and met us at the property to explain some key details. Loved our stay, the house had everything we needed. The pool area is so serene and beautiful and so many places to relax and take in the views. 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach, and a quick drive to so many island spots and beaches. We loved it here!

This place exceeded all our expectations - fantastic location right on the beach, and also easy walking distance to great shops and restaurants, and of course the amazing bakery. We rented a car and found driving really easy - explored this lovely island each day and then came back and chilled on the beach by the condo. Such a relaxing holiday and the condo was perfect. And Virginia was super responsive whenever we had a question. We will be back!

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

My fiancée and I were left speechless by my stay at Tranquility. All of the reviews are true, and it’s even better in person. By far the greatest stay we’ve had on any vacation. The location couldn’t be more beautiful and the people are amazing. Sam, Denise, and Abiel were extremely helpful and kind. Cannot say enough good things about them.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this townhouse near Orient Beach! Check-in was seamless and stress-free, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming throughout my trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beach and walking distance to a variety of great restaurants. The townhouse itself had a calm, peaceful vibe that made it easy to unwind and feel at home. Everything was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene stay close to all the best parts of St. Martin!

Luc checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Leanne's place is exactly as pictured and they even granted us access to the community's workout facilities. Luc was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and the driver he recommended (Simon) was prompt, polite, and always available to drop us off and pick us up all over the island. I would highly recommend a stay at Leanne's place. You won't regret it.

An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!

We loved at our stay and would definitely book it again if we are back at St. Martin. Aurelie responded to all my questions within minutes. The apartment was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the view to the ocean from the balcony was a favorite. Having breakfast in the balcony while hearing the ocean created nice memories for us. The area seems very safe with nice restaurants within a short walk and even a small grocery store near by. We enjoyed the short two-minute walk to the beach. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

This trip to St. Martin was special, as we celebrated our 10th anniversary with family. Orient Bay, our chosen location, was perfect due to its proximity to restaurants, bars, and beaches. Communication about the property was excellent. We arrived early to find the apartment already cooled and even better than the photos! The kitchen was well-appointed, the balcony offered incredible bay views, and the rooms were spacious with individual AC. We loved sipping coffee and dining on the balcony, enjoying ocean sounds and a mosquito deterring breeze. Shutters were great for sleeping in. This is the best place we've stayed in St. Martin; everyone was delighted. You'll find many excellent restaurants nearby, all within walking distance.

The view from the room is immaculate. You are steps away from the water, sand, beach, and the pool is a 1 minute walk away. We felt very safe in the condo with electronic storm shutters over the windows - we closed every night before bed, gated entrance to property, and an attendant at the gate. Bed is wonderful - nice and firm. Good storage for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked. Huge fridge. Spacious shower. We rented our car through Elisa (host’s) recommendation a driver escorted us from airport to car rental lot - a two minute drive from the gated beach club. Elisa is a wonderful host very responsive to messages, respectful of privacy.

This townhome was comfortable and quiet with all of the amenities you could ask for. We loved the garden area and also being able to walk to many good restaurants.

This condo was amazing and the beach was so beautiful! We LOVED the deck! Condo was very clean and host was great and super responsive. The complex was gated and well maintained. Airport was next door. We were neve bothered by the planes departing or arriving. We could actually walk down the beach and see them land. Close to shops and dining. The Boon bar and restaurant next door was a plus! We rented a car and toured the island - we used Sax car rental, Jay helped us get a great rate! There were plenty of grocery stores near by. Be aware of mosquitos on the island and bring bug spray. All the folks on the Dutch side were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival Jahlina met us with milk, juice, eggs, butter, crackers, water, jam and drinks! They provided a few rolls of toilet paper and trash bags to get us started. We would absolutely stay at Jay's again!!! One of the BEST airbnb I have ever booked!
