Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Grand Case

We have been to Orient many times and this is by far the best place we stayed at.

Laurent was very helpful and friendly. The property was very nice and secure .

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. It was also so fun to see the iguanas that would show up on the deck—they were such a unique and entertaining part of the experience. Pierre was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

This villa exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away—the place is even more beautiful in person than it looks online! Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the space was clean, spacious, and super comfortable for our group. The accommodations were perfect, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway.

We had a great stay at Villa Magnolia! Super clean, beautifully decorated, amazing view, and a perfect pool. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the whole place felt very private. Great location in a quiet, upscale area close to fantastic restaurants and bakeries. The hosts were super responsive too. We'd definitely come back!

This place was perfect for my family if 5 - right in the back with a gorgeous view of the water. The beach allows swimming in the beautiful water and there is a pool nest to the place as well. There are great restaurants and a small grocery store within walking distance. Veronique was a kind and thoughtful host and we highly recommend her place.

Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. The staff onsite were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay, Tamara!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this townhouse near Orient Beach! Check-in was seamless and stress-free, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming throughout my trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beach and walking distance to a variety of great restaurants. The townhouse itself had a calm, peaceful vibe that made it easy to unwind and feel at home. Everything was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene stay close to all the best parts of St. Martin!

Very nice house. 2 min walk to the sea and shops

I wanted to thank you for your warm welcome and for making my stay with you so enjoyable. Your apartment is really comfortable and well-equipped, and the location is great. I enjoyed the cleanliness and tranquility of your place.

This was such a beautiful place to stay, the pictures don't do it justice. The outside area included an outdoor shower, a perfect place to rinse off after day at the beach. The pool was a great size and the kids went swimming multiple times a day. The area around the pool was beautiful with areas of both shade it sun. We got to see many geckos and even a large iguana which enjoyed the sunshine on the fence. The kitchen had everything we needed, the host even provided some water and juice in the fridge upon arrival. All the bathrooms had rainshowers and the host provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The host was very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. This was the perfect home for us, we would love to stay here again in the future!

This was our second stay in Monica's lovely bungalow. The bungalow was a perfect size for the two of us, very clean and the kitchen, while compact, was well equipped. The property itself is beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck for our meals surrounded by nature. The location was ideal - close to several beaches, close to many restaurants and 5 minutes by car (15 min by foot) to the local bakery, butcher, fish market and supermarket. Monica was an excellent host and was great helping us to arrange a rental car. We look forward to booking the bungalow again the next time we are on the island.

We have stayed at Orient once before and were very happy with our stay at Princess Manon. The apartment was clean, light, and bright. There were tons of towels provided (more than the one per person that is usually supplied) as well as practical things like liquid hand soap at all sinks and two big water bottles in the fridge. Check in and check out was easy and quick. Water pressure was great the entire stay and the ACs worked beautifully. We love staying in Orient and will be back!

Excellent stay in a perfect location. Within a short walk to shops and restaurants but far enough away to feel secluded. Short drive to Super U for supplies. Beautiful view! Would stay here again!

This was seriously the best trip we have EVER been on! Mel, Antoine and Pauline were extremely responsive and gave us the best recommendations in Grand Case. The location was beautiful and within walking distance to beach bars and the nicest restaurants with waterfront views and amazing food. The distance from the front door of the Airbnb to the beautiful blue sparkling waters was less than 1 minute, perfect for running in and out to reapply sunscreen, refill water, or get a snack. We stayed during the off season and felt as if we had the beach to ourselves. Pauline even coordinated with one of our family members to pull off a birthday surprise for one of my friends - this crew really goes the extra mile!! It was truly an amazing trip and we will be back!

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Herve's unit. I could not have asked for a more beautiful view of the ocean with the view of sailboats and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!

Véronique’s condo was excellent, for comfort, location and right on the beach. Never stayed at a place where beach was closer. Grand Case has its issues with sidewalks, but walking home via the beach, after dinner at anyone of Grand Case’s restaurants, was our evening highlight. We loved Pierre’s place and Pierre himself! All that Grand Case has to offer is walking distance - we especially loved Calmos, Rainbow Cafe, Grand Case Beach Club, and the little coffee shop right next door, Chocolat. You can lower yourself down the stairs into the shallow sea, and walk the shoreline over to the right. The place is small but clean, cozy, and well equipped - and the bed was surprisingly comfy! It was perfect (especially for the price). We will be back!
