Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grand Case

This place completely exceeded our expectations — the pictures honestly don’t do it justice! It’s tucked away in a peaceful, gated community with 24/7 security, a private beach, and an incredible on-site restaurant with delicious food and top-notch service. We stayed here for 7 nights for our honeymoon, and it was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hosts welcomed us with a charcuterie board and champagne — such a thoughtful touch! The villa itself is beautifully maintained and packed with amenities: beach towels, laundry detergent, a fully stocked kitchen, and more. The pool and the view from the villa were absolutely my favorite parts — truly breathtaking. Our host was incredibly responsive and even helped me find someone to fix my phone after I dropped it in the water. That level of hospitality made all the difference. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. We would come back in a heartbeat!

One of the most gorgeous AirBnBs I've stayed in on the island. All three bedrooms are generous size with super crisp linens and sparkly clean bathrooms. The downstairs living room was so comfortable with a large, cushy couch and kitchen bar and breakfast table. The design details are minimal and tasteful. Super chic but super comfy. And the host was always very responsive. Would definitely book again.

We had a fantastic time at Marion's house! She was amazing! The location is great - gated community between Grand Case and Marigot and not far from Orient Beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. View was amazing, pool and patio were nice (we spent a lot of time on the outdoor furniture), all the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped! Marion had some excellent dinner suggestions (even made our reservation for us at one place that was hard to get in) and she has a hook up with one of the beach restaurants at Orient that got us free chairs for the day. It might be worth noting that the house is a part of a 4-5 unit complex with neighbors on each side and a rental unit down below. However, this was not an issue as we rarely heard any of the neighbors and there is plenty of shrubbery and other elements that give adequate privacy. We even had a couples massage on the patio one day! Overall very pleased and highly recommend!!!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. It was also so fun to see the iguanas that would show up on the deck—they were such a unique and entertaining part of the experience. Pierre was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

Beautiful place and beautiful view but make sure you rent a car it is a little far out but worth the drive

A nice space for our family of 4 to relax for the week. Easy to get to the beach. We had a car so we drove everywhere. Even to Grand Case (at night the roads are very dark). The pool was great, beds were comfy, A/C always working. We would stay there again. Thanks.

I had a great time at Amandine’s. The place is incredible. It was super clean and comfortable. It was amazing. Amandine was helpful.

(We rented as a family of four with two teens.) This is one of the best rentals we have ever had! Spotless cleaning, essentials to get us started, everything was as advertised!!! The view is stunning! Once you get settled in it is a breeze to navigate. We frequented the on-site market for groceries, enjoyed a couple nearby restaurants, and loved the relaxing pool space! The WiFi worked great, kitchen had all the necessary items and the Nespresso was an added bonus!! The 24/7 security gave us peace of mind but the area is plenty safe. Enzo got us connected with transportation to/from the airport, an island tour, and a rental car that delivered and picked up from the condo. All were great and so smooth! Would 100% book this property again. Or any property with this management team!!!

Another excellent stay in Grand Case. Aurelie's place was perfect for my family of four. We love the location. It's right across the street from three great beach bars and a few steps from world-class dining in Grand Case. Easy access to Orient Beach, Pinel Island, Happy Bay, Friar's Bay, and Marigot.

The airbnb was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our honeymoon. The studio sits below a villa that has the private pool, which we had all to ourselves. The view was gorgeous, the interior design was amazing, and the hosts thought of everything. They were very responsive with any needs. We will surely stay here again

The location was breathtaking. You could not get closer to the water unless you’re on a boat. Th home was immaculate and the hostess was very proactive in communicating directions and answering any questions that might arise. We will definitely be coming back to stay if we can get the same home as it was that special! Definitely rent a car as you are remote. A few good restaurants across street (la cigale, and a Thai option)

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and welcoming, exactly what you hope for when arriving somewhere new. Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast out on the peaceful back patio, often accompanied by the soothing sound of the nearby ocean. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. Communication with the host was seamless, he was kind, responsive, and made sure we were settled in comfortably from the start. Getting around the area by car was easy, and we had no trouble finding parking. Most importantly, we felt completely safe and at ease during our entire stay. This spot truly felt like a home away from home. 100/10, we would absolutely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

She went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, which made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. Priscilla is also incredibly friendly and welcoming—she made us feel right at home. Even more so, we loved the view driving up the hills to get to our airbnb. We Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area. We’d definitely come back!

Loved our stay, the house had everything we needed. The pool area is so serene and beautiful and so many places to relax and take in the views. 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach, and a quick drive to so many island spots and beaches. We loved it here!

What a beautiful place. Tranquility beach was as advertised. This doesn’t happen often, but the room actually was better than the pictures. With the proximity to nearby options you can spend your whole vacation here without leaving. The staff and people are amazing. Sam and Kemeisha were awesome. High recommend tranquility beach. Will be back.

What a wonderful experience! Chantal is such a kind and friendly host. Everything was as the listing showed. It was clean and had everything we needed, including towels, chairs, and umbrellas for the beach. And their dog gave the best greeting every time we returned! The hosts run a restaurant in town, L’Auberge Gourmande - eat there, it was the best meal we have ever had. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, Chantal!! 🌸
