Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Gran Alacant

El bungalow de Ana es maravilloso mejor de lo que aparece en las fotos, zona muy tranquila, todo muy limpio y todo decorado con mucho gusto y además tuvo muchos detalles con nosotros con los que estamos muy agradecidos. La comunicación fue en todo momento fluida y clara. Lo único que si que la casa esta bastante alejada de la playa, si que en coche son 5 min pero andando se tardan unos 25 min y hay una cuesta bastante pronunciada a la vuelta que con el calor se lleva un poco mal (Ana nos comunicó esto también antes de ir) y en nuestro caso como no nos importa conducir y buscamos un lugar tranquilo era justo lo que buscábamos. Si tenemos que volver no dudaremos en repetir con ella.

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. The only thing we struggled with was finding taxis that would take us elsewhere, but that meant we spent more time in the pool hahah xx 10/10 would recommend xx Thank you Dan xx

Amazing location, 5 minutes from Aldi’s one way and 7 mins to court yard the other way. ( if you arrive on a Sunday then be aware nearest shop is 40min walk away or €5 in an Uber) Private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all amenities that you could want. Amazing having your own pool and gardens are immaculate. The inside is basic but very clean, outside the pool and bbq are amazing, although could do we a sweep and tidy. Awesome value 🥰

Easy check in facilitated through private messaging. Questions answered and advice given. The house itself has a lot of amenities throughout, the pool is spacious and the garden area has more than enough space for 6 people. Rooms are clean and the area is within walking distance from multiple supermarkets, as well as a shopping center with nice restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda y por parte de los anfitriones todo han sido comodidades. Zona tranquila para el descanso,pero con todo tipo de comercios cerca. La casa es bonita y acogedora y está muy limpia. Caterina y César han sido amables y pendientes en todo momento, además de facilitarnos la llegada antes de la hora prevista. Detalle de bienvenida después del largo viaje y todo los artículos de primera necesidad. Es una zona que visitamos más de una vez al año y sin duda volveremos. Gracias!!!

Nagyon szép apartman, csodás és nyugodt helyen. Roque nagyon segítőkész, ha valamire szükségünk volt, azonnal rendelkezésünkre állt, és segített. Az apartman tiszta volt és rendezett, az ágyak rendben voltak. A medence tiszta és kellemes hőmérsékletű. Nagyszerű hely egy családi nyaraláshoz. Szívesen visszatérnénk.

Amazing property which exceeded our expectations. Both the check-in and check-out was very flexible and friendly. The villa is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood and hence a perfect getaway to relax and spend time along the pool. The house itself was very complete with lots of amenities. I look forward to come back and spend another weekend in the villa to recharge my batterie whilst enjoying the Spanish sun.

Great apartment, not much surrounding, but we were happy using the pool and the hot tub to fill our days.

A few useful additions, would be a couple of egg cups, an easy chair, a small coffee table, full length mirror, iron and a couple of beach chairs. Lucy, David's representative was lovely, greeting us in the early hours of the morning, also providing an ironing table and iron. Albeit the list of desirable items above, we enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to returning next year. Thank you, Martin and Jeannette

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Pobyt mega udany. Przemili gospodarze Wiola i Paweł bardzo pomocni we wszystkim. Piękny apartament, czystość 100%, wyposażony w najdrobniejsze detale. W rzeczywistości wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Piękne widoki z ogromnego tarasu: morze i góry. Do centrum Alicante ok.15min taxi bądź 20min miejskim autobusem. Przystanek blisko apartamentu. Do morza z apartamentu ok 15min spacerkiem. Przeogromny basen nieco wyżej apartamentu. Cóż więcej pisać, to trzeba po prostu zobaczyć. My cztery przyjaciółki z Polski na pewno wrócimy. Serdecznie pozdrawiamy Gospodarzy.

Nice apartments with spectacular views of the Mediterranean! Manu is an attentive and generous host. We were met with fruits and drinks on arrival and the apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which was a big plus during the hot days!). The location was great – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to local shops, restaurants, and beaches. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, offering local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Absolutely fantastic host and wonderful accommodation, we booked it as a last minute holiday and James the owner was amazing (nothing was too much trouble). the pool is lovely (as long as your not scared to jump in to cold water!) the kids loved it and the little park. The beach is beautiful and a lovely walk on a hot day, the local restaurants and pubs are all lovely, with a special shout out to the CAFE FLUER who are excellent. Although it’s not in a big city/ town there’s plenty to do and it was only €1.75 each to get to Alicante by bus for a day out. In summary A peaceful & beautiful area with a lovely accommodation provided by a fantastic host !! We definitely recommend it!

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

O que tornou a nossa estadia mais agradável foi a amabilidade dos proprietários, com ajuda em todas as nossas questões sobre a área envolvente e como podíamos deslocar naquela zona. Место , цена и качество идеальны . Тот случай , когда реальность превзошла ожидания . Удобный район с точки зрения транспортного сообщения в центр и аэропорт . Широкие пляжи и замечательный песок . First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

Miejsce godne polecenia ,czuliśmy się tam jak w domu.Własciciel przesympatyczny,komunikatywny i bardzo pomocny .Dom bardzo ładny ,świetna bezą wypadowa do każdego miasta . Po przejściu przez ulicę wspaniałe restauracje i puby, szczególnie polecam the flavour,przepyszne jedzenie i duże porcje . Dziękujemy za wspaniałe wakacje , polecam serdecznie ♥️♥️♥️
