House vacation rentals in Gran Alacant

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

Beautiful view, ideal place for a quiet rest. Contact with the host is perfect. Simply the perfect place for a vacation.

Just left an amazing weeks stay at Jukka’s Villa. We had an amazing time, everything as described and Jukka was an amazing host, couldn’t have asked for anything more. There is everything you could need, he really has thought of everything! We will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

A spacious modern villa with a great amenities and well equipped kitchen. The living room is very spacious and includes a huge smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There is a fantastic pool which is heated and also has Jacuzzi functions. The outdoor area is very spacious. The villa is not overlooked and so provides excellent privacy. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Emelita and Mark were extremely friendly and met us at check-in to explain everything, and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return later in the year.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The place was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The furnishings of the house are modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. Thank you for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

Hosts were very helpful and flexible, always responsive and friendly. The villa was very clean and very quiet! Also walking distance to the supermarket and the town. We had a great stay and would recommend!

Had a lovely stay with my husband, 3 children and elderly mother and aunt. The villa was stocked really well (we needed to top up loo roll) with condiments and utensils. The beds were comfy and 3 bathrooms were great for our group. There is plenty of seating around the pool for sun or shade. I would recommend getting some bug spray/citronella as there were a lot of flies. There is a large fridge freezer which was ideal for our big food shop. Possibly worth checking if there is a spare tank of gas for the bbq, as it ran out when we were halfway through cooking. Daniel was responsive, let us know where the spare bottle was and gave us instructions to change it so we were able to bbq happily the rest of the week. The spar shop is handy and inexpensive, a short drive but about about a 40 min walk away. Overall we had an excellent stay. We would recommend it and we would return.

Beautiful clean house, quiet area. If you are by car, it is a great option, and calling a taxi is not a problem

This place was amazing. The views were to die for. We ate every meal on the terrace. The street is a photographer’s dream. Everything in the home was well appointed. Great place!

Amazing place with a great host.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

We had an amazing weekend! The house is perfect and has everything, plus with the pool and barbecue you don't even need to leave. Ideal for spending a few days with friends. My family and I had an outstanding stay! Juan Carlos and his team were incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They checked in proactively to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The house itself was stunning—immaculately clean, full of charm, and clearly well maintained. The location was unbeatable right beneath the Alicante castle, with gorgeous views and easy access to everything. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Best place we've ever been to! Great house with private parking right outside the door, extremely modern furnishings, huge private garden/lounge area, excellent kitchen appliances and much more. Within walking distance are all kinds of supermarkets and drugstores as well as some great restaurants. The beaches nearby are beautiful and miles for chilling out on hot days. Within 15 minutes you can reach the city center of Alicante by car, in addition there is the possibility to use public transport. We felt at home and booked the house again for 10 nights during our stay. We're looking forward to it! Thank you for everything Kevin!

Great little town house in a quiet neighbourhood. The house was very clean throughout and the beds were comfy. Nice living space with a large TV and pool table. Communal pool was a short walk away and very refreshing. Lots to do in the surrounding areas and easy to get to and from places on foot. The host was very friendly and response time was very quick. Would highly recommend.

A very nice and very comfortable house to spend a few days, very well equipped, definitely a place to return. The service was impeccable, always attentive and giving us any kind of help we might need. We would definitely repeat. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived.

Everything is great, it lacks air conditioning in the lower part where there are 2 large beds because it's hot, the fans help, but otherwise, the house is phenomenal, I would stay here again

This place was beyond beautiful, Manuel was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Accommodated us for early check in. It’s in a good location with Gran Alacant Centro Commercial 5 mins away. The pool was just around the corner with easy access. Manuel gave us a local taxi which took us everywhere. Will 100% be coming back with my family !!

They have a great team of professionals who are very attentive to quickly and efficiently resolving any special circumstances or needs that arise during the stay. The development is amazing, with a swimming pool, paddle tennis courts, tennis, soccer... it offers many possibilities. The house is very large and the kitchen is super spacious for going with family or friends. We'll be back to this safe place! We arrived on 1st February and received a kind welcome from Rosa who was extremely helpful, always responding quickly to our messages. A comfortable first floor apartment with a front facing balcony, table and four chairs. Loved the large, sunny, roof terrace overlooking the pool, distant mountains and partial view of the sea. The apartment was clean with plenty storage and well equipped for home cooking. A safe and quiet location with a salt water swimming pool. We enjoyed frequent walks to a lovely nature reserve with 2 lakes. The local shop and good selection of restaurants and bars were a few minutes walk. A 20 min. walk to beautiful Carabassi Sands and dunes. Aldi supermarket is only a 15 min. walk uphill. The Thursday market next to Aldi is excellent for purchasing fresh fruit and vegetables. Overall we had a great stay helped by hiring a car which allowed us to explore the area. Frequent buses to Santa Pola and Alicante are both worth a visit.

It's a wonderful place, comfortable, clean and there is a beautiful sight from the terrace! Luiz is a very nice and polite guy! We'll come back again!
