Rosa Maria is simply enchanting! The communication was excellent – she was available around the clock and provided us with great tips. Check-in and checkout were super flexible and perfect and tailored to our flight times. Overall, everything was really great – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Sonia’s appartement was perfect for our resting holidays. The view is very relaxing, we slept very well, the tunnel to the beach is magic. Restaurants are delicious and a very good bakery is just down the flat with also small supermarkets. There’s everything you need in the flat to make your stay very confortable like if you were at home. Sonia is very welcoming and flexible, we would love to stay again in the flat for a future holiday in Alicante.

it was simply amazing! Views are absolutely stunning but this is just a cherry on the cake, believe me! We fell in love with the quiet neighbourhood with plenty of fantastic restaurants (and one outstanding french bakery), wide promenade going along the beach and the swimming pool downstairs. Moreover, the flat itself is really well equipped, we spent there some great evenings and enjoyed it very much. Whole region of Costa Blanca offers so much that everybody will find something for themselves. Last but not least, we travelled with our 4-month baby and we found all the places comfortable and accessible. Fully recommended!!

The stay was great! Communication with Rocío is very easy and agile. The location is excellent, right at the liveliest point of Alicante's Old Town. It's close to the beach and has all the necessary amenities.

Peaceful and tidy apartment with a top location right on the beach. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, you may not need a car.

Monique, her husband, and her friend were nothing short of amazing. Monique helped arrange transportation to and from the train station, and even offered to drive us anywhere we needed during our stay for way less than a 3rd party app would charge. They were some of the nicest and most welcoming people, and the property was gorgeous. About a 15 minute walk to the beach from the property, but it housed all of our party more than comfortably. One of the best if not best experiences anyone in the group has ever had with Airbnb and travel in general. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation with no worries. The apartment was very quick and easy to find. In addition, everything was exactly as described and the apartment was very clean and very well equipped, there was nothing missing :) Everything is easily accessible on foot; the airport and city are also very easy to reach by car. The pools were clean and the gym was also very well equipped. Communication with the hostess was also excellent, quickly accessible and helpful. We definitely recommend the apartment!

The place was so cool that the stay turned out to be too short. Great location. Very good local conditions. Well-working bus service. Nearby restaurants guarantee great food. Very friendly, helpful host. Ricardo welcomed us to the apartment with all the instructions so there were no surprises. We had a great stay at Arenales dem Sol. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, close to the beach, in the middle of the promenade, so all shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The balcony has a beautiful evening sun!

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.

We really enjoyed the stay, the development is very comfortable and the beach is a 10-minute walk away and it's a very good beach. There are good restaurants to walk to and the children have enjoyed both the paddle tennis court and the soccer court. We'd like to repeat!

Amazing apartment, hosts extremely attentive, helpful and everything was in the apartment that you could need. My only slight minor criticism was that two of the bedrooms were clearly children’s rooms and there were toys in the living room which may be useful for some but not us. The bathroom door is also a substitute which doesn’t lend to the overall amazing-ness of the apartment. Having said those minor points do not be discouraged from booking it. The view is totally wow and possibly the best I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend it highly enough or Begoña for her welcome and friendliness. Thank you, we’ll be back.

First, Juana is so helpful and kind. Second, the apartment might be a bit of a walk from the main part of town, but if you like me that loves beach access, stunning views and a calm area, this is the place. Loved me stay and plan to be back. I found the apartment really cozy with a very cool beach bungalow vibe. It's on my list to return to.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Manuel’s place was gorgeous. The views speak for themselves. The location is perfect and you’re able to walk to a bunch of restaurants on the beach. You are also close to downtown Alicante. Manuel was the nicest man and so helpful sending so many recommendations! Would highly recommend staying here!

Cozy and nice little apartment, fresh and clean! The backyard has a little to be desired but it will get a facelift. Nice with shade on the balcony in the evening when it is really hot so you can have the door open. The house is a little sensitive, mainly from the stairwell but everyone is very considerate. Nice walk to the restaurants along the sea and plenty to choose from. I would also like to mention the fantastically nice grocery store that is a short distance from the apartment.
