Vacation rentals with beach access in Gran Alacant

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Fantastic stay and we love this apartment and our expectations were more than met. The arrival instructions and videos were soo helpful and straightforward to get in. Clean , tidy and super comfy beds with the most Incredible views. So easy to get to the beach too. The pools are amazing and really recommend the Pool bar and its food menu . The host James was great and helpful and quick to reply to any messages. Want to go back already !

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Roberto was an incredible host, especially for our first time using airbnb! Very responsive to messages with my many questions and when we struggled to unlock the apartment doors, himself and Analia (key holder) were incredibly helpful! Apartment/pool were exactly like the photos, plenty of storage, clean, fresh and beautifully smelling linen/bed sheets and incredible sea views! Roberto was extremely accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in and later check out due to our flight times, we were so grateful for his hospitality as it made our stay go that much more seamlessly! We found the area to be very local/residential so not loads to do, but we were only a short bus/taxi journey into places like Alicante and Santa Pola where we visited the Island of Tabarka, which was beautiful! Enough restaurants to visit for the duration of our stay :) Thank you Roberto for making our holiday feel like visiting a second home! Perfect 60th birthday celebrations for my Mum complete

Everything was good. Nice and clean townhouse. It has no noise insulation but as we understood that is common issue of Spanish apartments, townhouses. Mike is responsive and helpful.

Hello, the apartment is superb we stayed 7 days the apartment is well located not far from the beach , with parking space and not far from alicante, with excellent views of the beach and the host is great thank you to david and kevin

We had a wonderful time with the family, it's a beautiful place! I'm going to miss having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. Everything is just like the photos and Carmen is very attentive and concerned about our well-being, we will definitely be back!!!

Monique, her husband, and her friend were nothing short of amazing. Monique helped arrange transportation to and from the train station, and even offered to drive us anywhere we needed during our stay for way less than a 3rd party app would charge. They were some of the nicest and most welcoming people, and the property was gorgeous. About a 15 minute walk to the beach from the property, but it housed all of our party more than comfortably. One of the best if not best experiences anyone in the group has ever had with Airbnb and travel in general. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation with no worries. Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

The house is just as shown in the photos. Very clean and tidy, it has everything. We were very comfortable. We'll be back for sure.

The house and the garden are very clean, tidy and functional. Exactly the same as in the pictures. The house block is very nice to close off completely with a fence so that no strangers walk around, only residents. The house is very centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, close to supermarket, roads and the airport, but you won't hear from that! The host always responds and really quick, kind and helpful. The courtyard garden is great for children, everything is neat and tidy there too. We have enjoyed this large and spacious house, everything easy to keep clean too. The Spanish hospitality was also very pleasant. All in all recommended, you get a lot for your money.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

An immaculate house with everything we needed being available. Well equipped, and very clean. The pool was a little cold, but only because of the time of year. Lots of bars & restaurants in Nueva plaza, and the main square, and Mil Palmeiras around a 30 minute walk away. Palmera Blue responded to all our needs, arranged an early check in. followed up mid holiday, amd even prov9ded a bottle of cava on arrival. a really enjoyable stay.

Rosa Maria is simply enchanting! The communication was excellent – she was available around the clock and provided us with great tips. Check-in and checkout were super flexible and perfect and tailored to our flight times. Overall, everything was really great – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Apartment in a wonderful location, with everything you need, very well connected. To repeat without a doubt. Communication with the owners was very easy and they were very flexible with check-in and checkout, which is greatly appreciated.
