Monthly Rentals in Grafton

This is our second time vising Woodfield. This is our getaway place from Toronto to enjoy the backyard in peace. Aiden is so friendly that we feel right at home. We will continue to visit in the coming years as well. HUGE thank you and cheers to Aiden!

We are frequent flyers to Ste Anne Spa but space to stay there is always limited or off site is pricey - this was a great alternative! I myself am an Air BnB host and have now written over 200 reviews, naturally I have a critical eye - this place was great! The space was very clean, great quality, very comfortable and well thought out. Cobourg Walmart was only 15 mins away so we were able to grab some snacks for the night since we arrived later in the day. In addition there was a lovely little patio tucked in too with nice chairs and even a propane fire pit! We will def stay here again.

This was the perfect location for my needs. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants and waterfront trail. Easy access of hwy 401 and hwy 2. Lots of light, comfortable furnishings in living room and bedroom and a good working space. Thanks for a great stay!

Kelly’s place is in a beautiful location just 15 minutes outside of Cobourg…There is a walking trail right across the road. My mother and I were travelling with my 2 small children and the space was large, clean and beautifully appointed…So comfortable, we loved it…It made a busy weekend of travelling and visiting the area a lot more smooth and enjoyable for us…We also appreciated the host’s open accommodation, highly recommended!
