Fantastic apartment on three levels. The location is very charming and full of character. The attention to details is impeccable and the property is full of thoughtful touches. It’s very comfortable and has some high luxury features like a jacuzzi and massage chair. One important aspect to notice is that the entrance to the parking area goes through a narrow entrance (just wide enough for a small SUV in our experience. Fantastic stay and highly recommended.

This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

We had a really pleasant stay at Simonetta's B&B. The location is quiet but strategic, (excellent location between Viterbo and Orvieto) perfect for exploring the area and relaxing at the same time. Upon awakening, we were accompanied by the chirping of the birds, a detail that made the atmosphere even more serene. The cleanliness was impeccable and Simonetta proved to be attentive and helpful: she provided us with a breakfast area, with a coffee machine and capsules, toast, jam, cookies, juices for the children, as well as water and herbal teas. A very welcome welcome. He followed us step by step during our stay, giving us valuable advice on children's events in the area and pointing us to great local restaurants. We felt right at home.
