The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

You will stay in a 54 m² 4-star non-smoking apartment in Goslar. The apartment is characterized by large windows in the kitchen and living area. You can use the sunny outdoor area or a covered sitting area. A parking space is right in front of the house. Motorcycles and bicycles park for free in the garage. A charging station for electric cars is available. In our neighborhood you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a restaurant and a bus stop.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.
