The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Our apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest with access to various hiking trails and guarantees absolute peace and quiet and offers a magnificent view of forest and nature. Enjoy the afternoon sun on our large south-facing balcony or watch the wildlife at dusk and listen to the Riefenbach.

Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

Ski lifts, bike parks and summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car.

A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property.
