The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. Welcome to our Hütte31! You rent an entire house on three floors directly in the old town of Goslar, a 6-7 minute walk from the market square! The property has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a large sofa bed in the living room. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a guest toilet. A small courtyard with seating and barbecue facilities is also available. Parking 200 m away. Loading and unloading possible at any time. Supermarket around the corner.

Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Altstadthäuschen auf drei Etagen. Nach Komplettsanierung ist dieses erstmals seit Dez 2023 als FH buchbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Ihr 5* Feriendomizil lt. DTV-Klassifizierung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Marktplatz der historischen Altstadt entfernt, sowie zur Kaiserpfalz. Außerdem fussläufig zum Wald, Rammelsberg etc. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge.

Via a separate entrance you enter the staircase to reach the living area with living room, open kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor. From there you can enter the balcony. On the upper floor there are bedrooms and children's rooms. Rental from 2 nights.

Cozy quiet vacation home

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Forget your worries – This quiet, detached house invites you to breakfast on the terrace with a wide view over fields, forests and lots of greenery. Perfect for a vacation or a weekend for two. For cold days or cozy evenings, there is a separate sauna, a hot tub and a tiled stove to be fired with wood. Shopping is in walking distance, as well as many beautiful hiking and forest trails.

The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests (incl. Towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.
