There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

DTV-Klassifizierung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Marktplatz der historischen Altstadt entfernt, sowie zur Kaiserpfalz. Außerdem fussläufig zum Wald, Rammelsberg etc. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge.

Via a separate entrance you enter the staircase to reach the living area with living room, open kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor. From there you can enter the balcony.
